However, in 1968, an Indo-Japanese team of mountaineers headed by Nandini Patel attempted to scale the peak. Now it is believed that this mountain possesses divine powers and would remain unconquered. The mountaineers, however, attribute their inability to scale this peak to the harsh mountain terrain.

This specially designed Manimahesh trekking tour in Himachal Pradesh is a combined effort of a team of certified mountaineers and travel agents in India aiming at making travel economical and affordably cheap for the budget trekker as well as maintaining quality at par with the world-class standards. We feel our job, as tour operators and trek guides, is to design treks giving our customers a memorable experience in trekking adventure.Rates do not include any air/train fare.

Day wise Itinerary

• Day 1 : (Delhi - Dharamshala)

  Arrive Delhi. Meet our representative. Manimahesh tour begins. Travel to Dharamsala.

• Day 2 : (Dharamsala - Hardsar - Dancho, 2280 M)

  On second day of Manimahesh Trek, we drive to Hardsar from Dharamsala. From Hardsar, we gradually ascend to Dancho. It takes around three hrs to walk these 7 km, from Hardsar to Dancho. Overnight in camp.

• Day 3 : (Dancho - Manimahesh Lake, 3950 M)

  On third day of Manimahesh Trek, we climb from Dancho to Manimahesh Lake. This is long and gradual climb. Overnight in camp

  • Hotspots : Manimahesh Lake

• Day 4 : (Manimahesh Lake - Dancho)

  We start our journey back, we come back to Dancho. Overnight in camp.

• Day 5 : (Dancho - Dharamsala)

  We come back to Dharamsala where we started the trek from. Overnight in Dharamsala.

• Day 6 : Departure

• 50 % advance to be deposited at the time of booking confirmation balance one week before tour Starts.


• Check-In / Check-out time at all the properties would at 12:00 hrs (Noon).


• All the above mentioned rates are per person on twin sharing basis.


• Extra person will be 50% and child between 6-12 yrs will be charged 35% of the package amount.


• Below 5 years child is complementary.
