Day 1 : Arrival / Colombo Transfer via: Flight, arranged on your own Travel time: approximately 01hrs
Welcome to Sri Lanka! Upon arrival at Bandaranaike International Airport, you will be greeted by your chauffeur guide and then be escorted to your hotel for Check-in on time. The rest of the day is yours to relax.
Day 2 : Colombo/ Pinnawala/Kandy Transfer via: Private vehicle, Travel time: approximately 3.5hrs
After breakfast check out and head for to Pinnawela where you can visit the Elephant Orphanage and get up-close and personal with an elephant during their feeding and river bathing. Then head for Ceylon's old capital of Kandy, en route stop for an interesting visit to learn a wide range of spices at the Spice Garden, who’s 15-minute complimentary Ayurveda Massage is also highly recommended. Continue to Kandy. Upon arrive check in to your lovely hotel & relax
Upon arriving in Kandy tour of Kandy, a World Heritage City which lies in a triangular valley surrounded by mountains, green velvet tea plantations covering the hills, and the river Mahaweli, the longest river in the country. Kandy is a fascinating city rich in cultural heritage-arts and crafts, music, and dance - an interesting mixture of the old and the new. Most of the old structures either have been rehabilitated or are still in its original use, such as the ancient religious monuments which continue as living monuments
Evening- appreciate a vivid and traditional Cultural Dance (Kandyan Dance) 5.00-6.00pm -– Sri Lanka, a country rich with culture & tradition offers a very vibrant and unique show of Sri Lankan traditional dances, in the form of Kandy cultural show. The beat a dancing from "Salupliya" depicting several demons, "Thelme" vibrant expression of low country rhythm, Fire and Harvest dances accompanied by Ceremonial Drums and the Drum Orchestra rising and falling to the lively tempo. Day 3 : Kandy Transfer via: Private vehicle,
In the morning, take an interesting visit to Royal Botanical Garden of Peradeniya which boasts 300+ varieties of orchids, spices, medicinal plants and palm trees at. Next visit Gem museum & lapidary close by
Later you will visit a batik factory. Batik has been an ancient procedure of painting cloth and today Sri Lanka is among the world leaders in the design of batik. You see the various phases of batik manufacture. Truly quality design, artistry and workmanship.
If you have spare time you will have leisure walk around beautiful Kandy Lake. The lake is artificial and was created in 1807 by Sri Wickrama Rajasinha, the last ruler of the kingdom of Kandy. Several minor local chiefs protested because their people objected to labouring on the project. In order to stop the protests they were put to death on stakes in the lake bed. The central island was used as Sri Wickrama Rajasinha’s personal harem. Later the British used it as an ammunition store and added the fortress-style parapet around the perimeter. On the south shore, in front of the Malwatte Maha Vihara, the circular enclosure is the monks’ bathhouse.
Day 4 : Kandy/ Nuwara Eliya Transfer via: Private vehicle Travel time: approximately 3.5hrs
In the morning, set off for Nuwara Eliya a picturesque journey packed with beautiful moutains, waterfalls and tea plantations. First stop over at cascading Ramboda water fall, next get escorted to a tea plantation and a tea factory, where the world’s best Ceylon Tea is produced. After learn about the process of manufacturing tea, get hands-on experience of tea picking, and don’t forget to sip a cup of pure Ceylon tea in the factory. Upon arrival nuwara eliya encage in guided stroll by Tuk Tuk with a fresh experience Rest of the day is for relaxation. You can take your time to stay in hotel or walk around the Downtown Nuwara Eliya, this "Little England" town.
Day 5 : Nuwara Eliya
Early morning (recommended to start from hotel around 6.00-.30 am) Enjoy an 8km walk in Horton Plains National Park and visit “world’s End”, catch a breathtaking glimpse of Adam's Peak if the weather allows. Rest of the day is for relaxation. You can take your time to stay in hotel or walk around the Downtown Nuwara Eliya, this "Little England" town.
Note –It is always advisable to bring suitable attire for cool climate
Day 6 : Nuwara Eliya/ Bentota Transfer via: private vehicle, Travel time: approximately 5hrs
After breakfast, check out and head for Bentota. Known for one of the best beaches in the Southern Sri-Lanka.
Optional (expense at your own) on the way stop over in Kithulgala to have an truly adventure experience in kithulgala Kitulgala is a small town in the west of Sri Lanka. It is in the wet zone rain forest, which gets two monsoons each year, and is one of the wettest places in the country. The Academy Award-winning The Bridge on the River Kwai was filmed on the Kelani River near Kitulgala; Kitulgala is also a base for white-water rafting, which starts a few kilometers upstream. Experience -1 hour Flat water /White rafting in the picturesque Kelani River in Kitulgala.

Day 8 : Bentota/ Colombo/Exit Travel time: approximately 3.5hrs
Breakfast at the hotel later proceed to Colombo , on the way first stop over at Turtle Hatchery: Projects have been launched to conserve the population of turtles that are reaching extinction and such projects are found along the southern coast of Sri Lanka where turtles come ashore to lay their eggs. The turtle digs a hole on the beach, lays hers eggs and covers them with sand to incubate by the heat of the sun. What often happens is, the eggs are dug out by fisherman and sold to people who consume them. But now the eggs are bought up by the conservation projects and are hatched the natural way in enclosed areas where the birds don't have a chance of picking them up and the babies are put to the sea at night after two days, which offers them a better chance of survival.
If you didn’t have time for the city tour 01st day, you will do it today; otherwise you will have a time for last minute shopping you may go to ODEL, Laksala,.etc Later you will be escorted to air port for the departure flight
