Day wise Itinerary

• Day 1 : HANOI ARRIVAL (D)

  Welcome to Hanoi, the 1,000 year old capital of Vietnam !
  Arrival at Hanoi Airport: private transfer to your hotel by our driver. Check in your hotel in Hanoi.
  Welcome dinner with local foods.
  Overnight in Hanoi.

• Day 2 : HANOI CITY TOUR FULL DAY (B,L)

  7.30 - 8.30: Pick you up at your hotel. Visit Ho Chi Minh complex, including Ho Chi Minh's Mausoleum, President Ho Chi Minh's stilt house,one Pillar Pagoda Tran Quoc pagoda, Ethnology Museum or Bat Trang village
  Have lunch at the restaurant.
  Visit Hoan Kiem Lake, Ngoc Son Temple.
  Tour End. Drop off to your hotel. Overnight in Hanoi.

• Day 3 : HANOI – HALONG - OVERNIGHT ON JUNK (B,L,D)

  07:45 - 08:30 Tour guide pick you up at all hotels in Hanoi Old Quater then go for HaLong Bay.
  Have a break 20 minutes en-route to free your legs.
  Embark Halong international harbor, board to cruise by a tender.
  Enjoy a welcome drink, receive cruise briefing.
  Savor lunch on board and visit Sung Sot “amazing” cave with millions of surprising stalactites and stalagmites.
  Stop at Titop for swimming, sun-bathing…
  Drop anchor in a calm water area, relax on the sundeck at sunset, taste some local wine, fruits.
  Join in a “cooking session” on board with our chef making some special dishes with suggested recipe.
  19:00 Have dinner on board. Have fun with karaoke singing, or try your luck with squid-fishing.
  Overnight on cruise in the middle of HaLong Bay.

• Day 4 : HALONG BAY – HANOI – FLIGHT TO HO CHI MINH CITY (B,L)

  07:00 Enjoy a new day with complimentary tea and coffee served. Have breakfast on board
  Visit a Pearl farm, see the real pearl products and understand process of pearl making in HaLong.
  Have breakfast on board and enjoy the peaceful morning of Halong Bay.
  Kayak among the hidden areas of the bay, around the Drum Cave.
  Return to the boat. Freshen up and check out of your cabin.
  Continue your cruise exploring the Bay, passing Ba Hang fishing village, Dog Islet, and more.

  12: 30: Say goodbye to Ha Long Bay then return to Hanoi. Have a rest en-route again to free your legs.
  17:00 Drop you off at your hotel in Hanoi. Then our driver will pick you up at the airport to take flight to Ho Chi Minh city in the South Vietnam.

• Day 5 : HO CHI MINH CITY TOUR – CU CHI TUNNELS (B,L)

  After breakfast, you visit Cu Chi tunnels. Located 60km from the city center, Cu Chi is now a popular spot for both Vietnamese & foreign tourists - the network of over 200km of tunnels became legendary when they played a vital role in the War. In their heyday, the tunnels were functioning underground cities including numerous trap doors, specially constructed living areas, storage facilities, weapons factories, field hospitals, command centers & kitchens. Today, ducks and water buffalos happily co-exist in the rivers along the side of the road. However, the peaceful rural rice paddy scenery belies the area’s violent history. Visitors will find it hard to imagine the destruction, damage & defoliation over this whole area, caused by bombing and mines. Start our tour in the morning, before entering the tunnels visitors can watch a short introductory video showing how the tunnels were constructed. You will spend the next hour exploring the tunnels. Afterwards, enjoy tea, cassava (guerrilla’s food during the war).
  Free shooting by AK47 riffle or M16 carbin in “free target zone” (bullet fee is paid by yourselves).
  Enjoy buffet lunch at a local restaurant.
  In the afternoon, you visit Reunification Palace, formerly known as the Presidential Palace. The place symbolizes the end of Vietnam War when a North Vietnamese army tank went through its gates. Then taking a short stroll to see Notre Dame Cathedral and General Post Office, they are the beautiful examples of architecture from the French colonial period. Stopover at Ben Thanh market for your free shopping. Overnight in Ho Chi Minh city.

• Day 6 : MEKONG DELTA 1-DAY EXCURSION (B,L)

  After breakfast, at 8:30, the tour guide and Shuttle van driver pick you up from your hotel. You depart for Mekong delta. After 2 hours driving, you arrive at My Tho city. Overview floating fish houses by boat. Motorized boat ride to Con Phung (Phoenix Island) of Ben Tre province. The province is home of coconut, you can buy handicraft made from coconut trees.
  Around 12:00 AM: Have lunch on the island with delicious local dishes.
  After lunch is the time to explore amazing Mekong canals. Motorized boat cruise along natural creeks and quiet villages in Ben Tre province. Visit orchards, bee-keeping house, enjoy honey tea, seasonal tropical fruit and traditional music.
  Rowing-boat ride along small mangrove palm creek (mangrove palm or Nypa-frutican known as "dừa nước" in Vietnam)
  See coconut candy production process. Around 3:00 PM: Get on the bus to come back Ho Chi Minh City. On the way back drop by Mekong Rest Stop for short break.
  Drive back to the hotel for overnight in Ho Chi Minh city.
