1.If the weather isn’ nice, we will change the departure point to the port of Kuala Penyu. The local supplier will inform you in advance.

2.There will be shower rooms for you to clean volcanic mud, or you can walk 10-15 min to the beach and clean the mud with seawater

3. Additional charge is applicable if hotel is located on the outskirts of Kota Kinabalu. One way transfer surcharge for Tuaran district: 15MYR/pax (1-3 guests); 10MYR/pax (4 guests or more)； One way transfer surcharge for Kinarut district: 30MYR/pax. Please pay directly to driver.

4.If you request for Japanese or Korean tour guide, each tour guide is 300 RM and please pay to the tour guide directly.

5.The boat journey to Mengalum Island may not be suitable for pregnant women as the boat ride may be bumpy depending on the sea condition. Due to the nature and adventurous nature of the tour, children under 5 years old are not encouraged to participate in the tours
