Often overshadowed by the Ajanta and Ellora Caves, Aurangabad, named after the Mughal despot Aurangzeb. Aurangabad is the famous for World Heritage Sites - Ajanta and Ellora Caves and for Sunheri Mahal, Panchakki, Jama Masjid, Daulatabad Fort, Jain Caves, Aurangabad caves, Ghrishneshwar temple, Bibi-ka-Maqbara, The Buddhist Caves, Siddharth Garden and Zoo, Salim Ali Lake, Khuldabad, Killa Arak, Kailasanatha and other temples, Ellora, Bani Begum garden, Gul mandi, Dargah of Pir Ismail, Himroo Factory, Connaught and many more are the attractive tourist spots over here.
Aurangabad Caves separate this region into two parts such as Eastern and western parts. Ghrishneshwar temple has Jyotirlinga of Lord Shiva, which attracts the huge devotees. Bibi-ka-Maqbara has a similar resemblance to Taj Mahal and got constructed by Azam Shah for his wife.
Jain Caves in Ellora is an uncompleted four-pillared hall with a shrine. Samvatsarana is another place located in Ellora caves that is used by thirthankaras, the Jain sage. Daulatabad Fort is a witness of undefeated Maharashtrian king and best historical place.
Day 1 : Pune to Aurangabad (245/kms)
Morning you will be pick up from Pune and then drive by surface to Aurangabad and upon arrivalcheck into a hotel. Later in the afternoon you will be taken for tour of Ellora Caves, Aurangabad Cave.
Ajanta & Ellora Caves : At Ajanta & Ellora, a whole age come alive in vivid colours and sacred rocks. The Caves temples were all hammered out of solid rock by hand, and remain as permanent as the mountains from which they were hewn. Today the 34 temples of Ellora and 29 temples of Ajanta are among the marvellous wonders of ancient India.

Day 2 : Aurangabad (Sightseeing)
Today morning after breakfast you will be taken for tour of Rock cut Buddhist caves called “Ajanta Caves”. Later w will visit Bibi Ka Maqbara- the Mausoleum of Rabia-ud-Daurani, wife of Aurangzeb, is pale imitation of the Taj Mahal, Panchakki, (Water Mill), the tomb of a Moslem Saint is driven by a perennial waterfall connected by underground earthen pipes to Sunehari Mahal, on old residential palace of Malik Ambar. Overnight : Hotel in an overnight stay.
Day 3 : Aurangabad to Pune (245/kms)
Morning after the breakfastdrive back to Pune and drop off at your place.
