Day 1 : Arrive Delhi Red Fort, Delhi
Upon arrival at Delhi meeting and assistance followed by transfer to hotel. Overnight stay at hotel.
Day 2 : Delhi
Breakfast at the hotel and enjoy the full day sightseeing of New Delhi in the Morning which includes Laxmi Narayan Temple, India Gate, Parliament House, Qutub Minar, Purana Qila, Humayun’s Tomb, Jantar Mantar Etc.
After having lunch we can proceed for the sightseeing of Old Delhi which includes Jama Masjid, Red Fort, Gandhi memorial, Raj Ghat. You also can enjoy the light & sound show at Red Fort in the evening etc. Overnight stay at the hotel.
Day 3 : Delhi - Udaipur
Breakfast at the hotel and transfer to airport to connect flight for Udaipur.
On arrival at Udaipur meeting and assistance followed by transfer to hotel. Overnight stay at hotel.
Udaipur the "City of Lakes" is one among the most romantic and most beautiful City of India. It is a lovely land around the blue water lakes, edge of the lush hills of the Aravalis. A vision in white soaked in romance and beauty, Udaipur city of Rajasthan state is a fascinating blend of sights, sounds and experiences - an inspiration for the imagination of the painters, poets and writers. Udaipur lakes, gardens, temples and narrow lanes scattered with stalls, carry the flavor of heroic past, epitomizing valor and chivalry.
Day 4 : Udaipur Udaipur Lake Palace
In the morning take a boat ride at Lake Pichola. Next visit City Palace - It was built by the Maharana Udai Singh as the capital of the Sisodia Rajput clan in 1559. Jagdish Temple - Jagdish Temple is a large Hindu temple in the middle of Udaipur in Rajasthan. A big tourist attraction, the temple was originally called the temple of Jagannath Rai but is now called Jagdish-Ji, Saheliyon ki Bari (Gardens of the maids of Honor) and Museum. Evening transfer to the hotel. Stay overnight at the hotel.
Day 5 : Udaipur - Ranakpur - Jodhpur
After breakfast drive to Jodhpur, en route Ranakpur Jain Temples. On arrival at Jodhpur check-in at hotel. Evening free for shopping around the local market. Overnight stay at hotel.
Jodhpur is known as the "Sun City" for the bright, sunny weather it enjoys round the year. It is also referred to as the "Blue City" due to the bright blue-painted houses around the Mehrangarh Fort. The old city circles and the fort is bounded by a wall with several gates. Whereas, the city has expanded very much outside the wall over the past several decades.
Day 6 : Jodhpur - Jaisalmer
After breakfast go for a half day sightseeing tour of Jodhpur city. Visit the Mehrangarh Fort - Mehrangarh Fort, located in Jodhpur, Rajasthan, is one of the largest forts in India. The fort is situated 400 feet above the city and is enclosed by imposing thick walls, The Jaswant Thada - The Jaswant Thada is an architectural landmark located in Jodhpur. It is a white marble memorial built by Sardar Singh in 1899 in memory of Maharaja Jaswant Singh II and the Umaid Bhawan Palace - Umaid Bhawan Palace is one of the world's largest private residences. A part of the palace is managed by Taj Hotels. Named after Maharaja Umaid Singh, grandfather of the present owners of the palace, this monument has 347 rooms and serves as the principal residence of the erstwhile Jodhpur royal family.
Afternoon drive to Jaisalmer, On arrival check-in at hotel. Overnight stay at hotel.
Day 7 : Jaisalmer Jaisalmer Fort
After breakfast go for full day for sightseeing tour of Jaisalmer. Visit the Jaisalmer Fort- Jaisalmer Fort is one of the largest forts in the world. It is situated in Jaisalmer city in the Indian state of Rajasthan. It was built in 1156 AD by the Bhati Rajput ruler Rao Jaisal, from where it derives its name, Manak Chowk, Havelis, Gadisar Lake - Gadisar Lake is one of the most important tourist attractions in Jaisalmer, Rajasthan, Its charm lies in the fact that it was the only source of water for the Jaisalmer city in the olden days, and the colorful markets. In the afternoon go for an excursion to Sam Sand Dunes. In the evening take a camel safari and enjoy the sunset at sand dunes. Later drive back to Jaisalmer. Stay overnight at the hotel.
Jaisalmer was founded by Prince Jaisal Bhatti. The town stands on a ridge of yellowish sandstone, crowned by a fort, which contains the palace and several ornate Jain temples. Centuries ago Jaisalmer strategic position on the camel train routes brought its locals enormous wealth which they spent in building intricately carved palaces and temples in golden-yellow sandstone. These fortresses of Jaisalmer also known as Havelis of Jaisalmer are like a mirage in the barren Thar Desert. On either side of the narrow lanes of Jaisalmer are the sandstone havelis, made up with stone carvings, screen windows, delicate pavilions and balconies.
Day 8 : Jaisalmer - Gajner
Breakfast at the hotel and drive to Gajner. On arrival at Gajner check-in at hotel. Afternoon excursion to Bikaner visiting Bikaner Fort, the Lalgarh Palace & Camel breeding farm. Overnight stay at hotel.
Day 9 : Gajner - JaipurAmber Fort
Breakfast at the hotel and drive to Jaipur. On arrival at Jaipur check-in at hotel. Overnight stay at hotel.
Day 10 : Jaipur
After breakfast go for an excursion to Amer Fort. Ascend the fort on Elephants back. In the afternoon take tour of the city visiting the City palace, the Jantar Mantar (observatory), the Palace of Winds and the Birla temple. In the evening check into a hotel. Stay overnight at the hotel.
Day 11 : Jaipur - Delhi
Breakfast at the hotel and drive to Delhi. On arrival at Delhi check-in at hotel. Overnight stay at hotel.
Day 12 : Delhi Depart
Breakfast at the hotel and transfer to international airport to connect flight for onward destination.

Booking of Tours:
As soon you are ready to proceed with the reservations, you will be required to send 20% of the total tour cost as an advance payment to make the booking. Apart from the 20% of the tour price, you would also need to pay us the full amount for air/train tickets to be issued.
As soon as the advance is received, we will initiate the bookings for your hotels reservations, book your tickets and start making necessary arrangements for your trip and keep you updated.
Once this is done, a reservation status will be sent to you. You will then be required to pay another 30% of the tour cost at this point.
Balance 50% of the tour price can be paid by you upon your arrival in India by cash, but before the commencement of the services. Alternatively you could pay by bank transfer a fortnight before your arrival.
Please note that the prices quoted are as per the prevailing foreign exchange conversion rates. The final price will therefore be subjected to fluctuations, if any, and will be accordingly adjusted at the time of receipt of payment.
** During peak season of Christmas and New Year (20 Dec to 05 Jan), the complete payment is required to be sent in advance.
** For Special Luxury Train Journeys, 25% of the fare is to be paid at the time of booking. Balance is to be 75 days prior to departure date.
Amendment to a Booked Tour
We do not encourage changes in the confirmed arrangements. But if you do need to make amendments in the arrangements already confirmed, we will do all possible to accommodate the changes, depending on the availability of various segments of the tour, for the new requirements. However, the changes will be subject to certain minimum amendment / administration charges.
Cancellation of a Booked Tour
We would deeply regret your decision to cancel your trip to India, however we realize that there are many valid reasons that this can happen. Cancellation must be notified in writing and will take effect the day it is received by Heritage India Expeditions.
The following cancellation charges will apply: -
•If cancellation is 90 days prior to arrival - 50% of the deposited amount towards 'Tour cost" shall be refunded.
•If cancellation is between 90 days to 60 days prior to arrival - 30% of the deposited amount towards "Tour Cost" shall be refunded
•If cancellation is between 60 days to 30 days prior to arrival - 20% of the deposited amount towards "Tour Cost" shall be refunded
•If cancellation is within 30 days prior to arrival - No Refund
Cancellation of Luxury Train Journeys:
•If cancellation is 75 days or more prior to departure :10% of the total ticket price shall be the cancellation charge
•If cancellation is 74 to 25 days prior to departure: 25% of the total ticket price shall be the cancellation charge
•If cancellation is less than 25 days prior to departure: No refund. 100% of the total ticket price shall be the cancellation charge.
Cancellation of Flight Tickets: Flight Tickets booked are non refundable. Name change and date change can be considered as per the rules stipulated by the airline.
Cancellation of Wildlife Safaris: Wildlife safaris booked into any of Indian Wildlife National Park/Sanctuaries are non refundable. Even date change request will be considered as cancellation and no payment can be be refunded/ adjusted against it.

Other Terms and Conditions
The Users availing services from Heritage India Expeditions shall be considered and reckoned to have read, understood and accepted the terms and conditions. Liabilities of Heritage India Expeditions shall be restricted to the scope of this agreement.
The User expressly agrees that use of the services is at their sole risk to the extent that Heritage India Expeditions acts only as a booking agent on behalf of third party service providers, and therefore, all services provided, shall be subject to "as is" and "as available" basis and shall be governed by the terms and conditions under which these services are provided by service providers. Further, Heritage India Expeditions shall not have any liability whatsoever for any aspect of the standards of services provided by the service providers.
The user agrees that there can be "Force Maj-ure" circumstances accruing out of acts of God, fire, weather, labour unrest, insolvency, operational and technical issues, etc resulting in the service providers such as airlines, hotels, transportation providers not able to honour confirmed bookings. In such an event Heritage India Expeditions shall not be responsible and shall have the right to change a schedule, booking, itinerary in the interest of safety, comfort and general well being of the user.
Heritage India Expeditions hereby expressly disclaims any implied warranties imputed by the laws of any jurisdiction or country and considers itself subject to the jurisdiction only of the courts of NCR of Delhi, India.
