Day wise Itinerary

• Day 1 : Arrive Delhi

  We Meet Shortly Before Lunch and Will have Time this Afternoon to Explore Some of the Indian Capital.
• Day 2 : Delhi – Khandela

  Today We Journey South West to Khandela, the Former Capital of the Rajput Princes Where We Will Stay for the Next Two Nights.
• Day 3 : In Khandela

  Believed to Date Back to the Mahabarat Period, the Small Town of Khandela Provides Us with a Charming Backdrop to a Day of Genteel Exploration.
• Day 4 : Khandela – Nawalgarh

  This Morning We Move On to Nawalgarh, a Town of Narrow Streets and Numerous Havelis.
• Day 5 : Nawalgarh – Gajner

  Gajner Wildlife Sanctury is a Place of Outstanding Natural Beauty and Here We Will Stay in An Historic Old Hunting Lodge.
• Day 6 : Gajner – Bikaner – Gajner

  A day trip into the Thar desert to visit the old town of Bikaner and its centrepiece of Junagarh Fort.

• Day 7 : Gajner – Nagur

  Today We Turn South to Nagaur, a Medieval City that Lay At the Confluence of the Trade Routes from Gujarat, Sindh and West Across the Indus. It Was also At the Centre of the Muslim Invasion from Central Asia.
• Day 8 : Nagaur – Manwar

  Here is when we go right into the desert to our unique luxury tented camp set up in a manner that harks back to the battlefield encampments of the Mughal emperors of the 17th century.
• Day 9 : Manwar – Jaisalmer

  We have this Morning to Enjoy the Quiet Stillness of the Desert Camp Before Moving the Short Distance to One of India’s Most Treasured Settings; Jaisalmer.
• Day 10 : Jaisalmer

  We have two full days to take in this extraordinary city giving ample opportunity to lose ourselves among the backstreets of the old city and explore the temples and havelis that make up its historic centre
• Day 11 : Jaisalmer

  We Continue Our Exploration of this Desert City.
• Day 12 : Jaisalmer – Jodhpur

  Leaving the ‘golden City’ Behind We Head Back East to the ‘blue City’ Which Was Once the Wealthiest City in Rajasthan and Home to the Magnificent Meherangarh Fort.
• Day 13 : In Jodhpur – Overnight Train

  Another Full Day to Explore the City and all that the Meherangarh Fort Has to Offer. Tonight We Return to Delhi Via An Overnight Train Journey.
• Day 14 : Arrive Delhi

  Arrive Delhi Our final day in India is at leisure in Delhi with one option being to visit the tree lined avenues of the Rajpath and see the architectural creations of Edward Lutyens and the British Raj of the 1930s.
• Day 15 : Departure

  The Tour Ends After Breakfast this Morning – Transfers to Delhi Airport.
