Today Morning and afternoon Drive In Jungle.After Visit The Fort The Oldest Settlement In The Area Near Sawai Madhopur Was Around The Ranthambhore Fort. The Exact Origin Of The Ranthambore Fort Is Still Disputed But It Is Generally Accepted That There Was A Settlement At The Site Of The Fort, As Far Back As The 8Th Century A.D. It Is Widely Believed That The Construction Of The Ranthambhore Fort Was Started During The Reign Of The Chauhan Rajput King Sapaldaksha In 944 Ad. Another Theory Stipulates That King Jayant, Also A Chauhan Rajput, Built The Ranthambore Fort During 1110 Ad. It Is Most Likely That The Construction Of The Fort Commenced During The Mid 10Th Century A.D. And Continued For A Few Centuries After That.Since, The Ranthambhore Fort Controlled The Trade Routes Between North India And Central India, It Was Highly Coveted By The Rulers Of North India. The Ranthambore Fort Had Its Golden Moments During The Reign Of The King Rao Hammir, The Last Ruler Of The Chauhan Dynasty (1282 - 1301 Ad). During 1300 Ad, Ala-Ud-Din Khilji, The Ruler Of Delhi Sent His Army To Capture The Fort. After Three Unsuccessful Attempts, His Army Finally Conquered The Ranthambhore Fort In 1301 And Ended The Reign Of The Chauhans. In The Next Three Centuries The Ranthambore Fort Changed Hands A Number Of Times, Till Akbar, The Great Mughal Emperor, Finally Took Over The Fort And Dissolved The State Of Ranthambore In 1558. Day 04: Udaipur
After breakfast visit the City Palace, an intriguing collection of buildings contributed by various Maharana's (Kings) after Udai Singh & built in the year 1725. The magnificence of the Palace starts right from its entrance at the northern Tripolia Gate that brings us to the central courtyard, the best place to view the facade of filigreed balconies & ornate cupola-topped towers. Sahelion ki Bari (Garden of Maids of Honour) is an ornamental garden built by Maharana Sangram Singh for his daughter & the Ladies of the Queen's court. He built the garden with several fountains, pools & is decorated with chiselled pavilions & elephants. The fountains worked on the unique hydraulic technique devised in the year 1700 AD & work till today. Later we visit Jagdish Temple, the Indo-Aryan temple, built in the year 1651 AD by Maharana Jagat Singh, is the largest & the most beautiful temple of Udaipur with noteworthy sculpted images. We also enjoy boat ride on Lake Pichola, the beauty of the lake is enhanced by the surrounding hills, palaces, temples, bathing ghats & embankments. Day 05: Udaipur – Kumbhalgarh

Located at a distance of 64 kms from Udaipur in Rajasmand district, Kumbhalgarh Fort is easily accessible from the city of Udaipur. Built in the 15th century, Ranakpur temples are known for being the largest and most important temples of the Jain cult. Day 07: Jodhpur – Jaisalmer

Day 08: Jaisalmer

We also visit magnificent Patwon Ki Haveli in the heart of the town. It was built by the rich merchant Guman Chand Patwa & his sons, whose business stretched between Afghanistan & China. It is the most elaborate & magnificent of all the Jaisalmer Havelis & is virtually the showpiece of Jaisalmer's legendary architectural wealth. The carving on stone far surpasses in beauty the work on brocade & gold. Later we drive down 40 km away from Jaisalmer to Send dunes. Day 09: Jaisalmer – Bikaner
