• Any adventure activity Paragliding / Snow Skating / Horse riding/ River crossing Rafting etc. & entrance fees for any monument.
• Anything not specifically mentioned under the head “Prices included”.
• Room Heater Charges
• Any Cost arising due to natural Calamities like roadblocks, landslides, Snowfall etc
• In case of Heavy Snowfall , vehicles can go upto snowpoint instead of Solang valley
• Tips, Insurance, Laundry, Phone Calls.
• Any Kind of Drinks (Alcoholic, Mineral, Aerated)

Payment Terms & Methods :
* 20% Advance Percentage of total booking amount
* Airfare/Transport fare to be paid full at one time in advance.

Cancellation & Refund Policy :
* Upon cancellation, refund will be made after deducting the Retention Amount.
* Retention Amount varies as per the number of days left before your package start date.
* Refund will be made within 15 working days from the date of receipt of the cancellation.
