Day wise Itinerary

• Day 1 : Arrival Bhuj

  Check-in time: 12:30 PM Transfers from Bhuj to Tent City, Dhordo on fixed timings:
  
  08:15 AM From Railway Station, Bhuj and Airport, Bhuj
  10:00 AM From Railway Station, Bhuj
  01:30 PM From Railway Station, Bhuj
  03:30 PM From Airport, Bhuj
  No Complimentary transfers will be available after above timings.
  Above timings are for fixed departures and subject to change
  Individual transfer is available on request (chargeable).
  Allotment of tent to guests arriving before check-in time will be subject to availability.
  Distance from Bhuj to Tent City, Dhordo is approx. 85 km, which takes about 1 hr 45 min. Complimentary refreshments will be served en route Dhordo in the bus.

  05:00 PM to 05:30 PM Transfer to The White Rann to witness the grandeur of sunset. Mode of transfer can be through Bus/camel cart/both.

  07:30 PM to 10:30 PM Dinner at respective dining area
  09:00 PM to 10:30 PM Enjoy the culture of Kutch along with other entertaining activities @ Cultural Activity Area.

  09:30 AM Check-out from Tent City. Departure to Bhuj with a complimentary sightseeing on the way.
  11:30 AM to 2:00 PM Complimentary sightseeing – places of interest in Bhuj
  
  Sri Swaminarayan Temple (Approx. time 20 min) – Made of marble, intricate carvings adorn the pillars and ceiling of the most expensive temple built in the state of Gujarat recently.
  
  Kutch Museum (Approx. time 30 min) – A visit to the Kutch Museum, to learn about the history of tribal and folk tradition of the district, will help you get to know about present-day people and their lives. Remember that visiting a museum is a great way to learn about history, but tribals are not merely part of history, they are a major part of Kutch’s (and India’s) population and cultural identity today.(Kutch museum remains closed on Wednesday).
  
  Bhujodi (HiraLaxmi Craft Park) (Approx. time 40 min) – The handicraft village Hiralaxmi Craft Park – a vision to reserve, restore and promote the art and craft of Kutch and make them accessible to the public.The handicraft village is where live artisans can be seen working. The cost of entry (if any) will be borne by the guest.In case guests have to reach Railway Station / Airport / Bus Stand earlier for their onward journey, they will have to arrange it on their own. Time of any such departure should be notified at the reception at the time of check-in.(Bhujodi will remain closed on Monday)

• To and fro transfers between Bhuj (Airport/Railway Station and The Tent City, Dhordo, in A.C. Coaches on SIC basis).
• 3 Nights/4 Days Package includes Lunch, Hi-Tea & Dinner on 1st Day, Morning Tea, Breakfast, Lunch, Refreshment & Dinner on 2nd & 3rd Day and Morning Tea & Breakfast on 4th Day. The meals will be served as per the scheduled time in respective dining areas and missed meals will not be refunded or extended on 4th Day.
• 2 Nights/3 Days Package includes Lunch, Hi-Tea & Dinner on 1st Day, Morning Tea, Breakfast, Lunch, Refreshment & Dinner on 2nd Day and Morning Tea & Breakfast on 3rd Day. The meals will be served as per the scheduled time in respective dining areas and missed meals will not be refunded or extended on 3rd Day.
• 1 Night/2 Days package includes Lunch, Hi-Tea & Dinner on 1st Day and Morning Tea and Breakfast on 2nd Day. The meals will be served as per the scheduled time in respective dining areas and missed meals will not be refunded or extended on 2nd Day.
• Visit to White Rann on Day 1, visit to Mandvi on Day 2 and visit to Kala Dungar on Day 3 in 3 Nights/4 Days package whereas visit to White Rann on Day 1 and visit to Kala Dungar on Day 2 in 2 Nights/3 Days package are fixed & cannot be inter- changed. Guest/s who have missed the visit as per itinerary may be included on request on a chargeable basis.
• Accommodation in Tent is on twin sharing basis.
• Two bottles of drinking water per day per tent will be provided. More requirements are available at a reasonable cost.

• 05% GST extra
• In case of change in tax structure new policy will be applicable.

• Coolie/Porter charges, Camera charges, Donations at temples.
• Extended stay or travelling due to any reason.

• 100 % advance shall have to be paid to PERFECT PLANNER TOURWAYS before departure out of which
• 50% has to be paid at the time of booking tour. As per the Government directive, foreigners are requested to produce their passport as photo identity proof and Indians can produce any govt. approved photo identity such as Driving License/Pan Card/Voter ID card/Passport at the point of check-in at the hotel.
• Tourist himself is responsible for carrying, shifting and taking care of their own luggage
• All Prices are in Indian Rupees and valid for Indian National.
• In case of non-availability of the mentioned hotels, similar kind/quality of hotels will be provided, which can change the above package cost.

Cancellation & Refund Policy :
25% retention charges, cancelled more than 45 days prior to scheduled arrival.
50% retention charges, cancelled more than 20 days prior to scheduled arrival (but less than 45 days).
100% retention charges, cancelled less than 20 days prior to scheduled arrival.
Change in guest/guests names would be treated as Cancellation.
