Ranthambore National Park is one of the largest national parks in northern India. It is situated in Sawai Madhopur district of southeastern Rajasthan, about 180 km from Jaipur, which is also the nearest airport. The nearest town and railway station is at Sawai Madhopur, about 11 km away.
Ranthambhore was established as the Sawai Madhopur Game Sanctuary in 1955 by the Government of India, and was declared one of the Project Tiger reserves in 1973. Ranthambore became a national park in 1980. In 1984, the adjacent forests were declared the Sawai Man Singh Sanctuary and Keladevi Sanctuary, and in 1991 the tiger reserve was enlarged to include Sawai Man Singh and Keladevi sanctuaries.

Famous Places: City Palace, Amber Fort, Jantar Mantar Jaipur was founded by Maharaja Jai Singh II (1693-1743), is the capital of Rajasthan. It is a major attraction for the first-time visitor. Jaipur is surrounded on all sides by rugged hills, crowned with forts & enclosed by embattled walls.
The Old City (Known as the Pink City) is a great place to wander around. The whole city was painted in Pink colour by Maharaja Man Singh II when Prince of Wales, later Edward VII, visited Jaipur in 1876 AD. Today, every home within the city is obliged by law to maintain its facade. It is a very well planned city laid out in a grid pattern and was designed by a young Bengali engineer and scholar by the name "Vidyadhar Bhattacharya".
Jaipur was and remains the only city in the world, symbolising the nine divisions of the universe, through nine rectangular sectors sub-dividing it. Jaipur is a royal city & this is its most noticeable aspect, small buildings & festivals testify it.
Jaipur & its surroundings are rather like an endless museum. The city also offers an endless variety of crafts. Jewellers here still fashion the beautiful enamel-on-gold pendants, studded on the reverse with precious stones or pearls & turquoise that one sees in miniature paintings. Jaipur's lacquer bangles are famous all over the world.
Day 1 : Arrive Delhi
On your arrival at Delhi, you will be met by our representatives and transferred to a hotel. Rest of the day at leisure. Overnight stay will be in the hotel at Delhi.
Day 2 : Delhi
Full Day sightseeing tour of Delhi, Including the Old Delhi. Visit the world-famous Red Fort, Jama Masjid, and enjoy an exciting Cycle Rickshaw ride in the busy lanes of the Chandni Chowk, the main street of Old Delhi and a lively shopping bazaar.
Afternoon visit New Delhi (Designed and developed by the famous English architect Sir Edwin Lutyens (1869- 1944), New Delhi is famous for its wide, tree-lined avenues, parks, skylines and historical monuments) including Rashtrapati Bhawan (the official residence of the president of India), India Gate - a 42 m high stone memorial arch, the 12th century Qutub Minar, the mid-16th century Humayun's Tomb and the famous Lotus Temple in New Delhi. Overnight stay at the hotel in Delhi.
Day 3 : Delhi - Ranthambore
Morning Transfer to the New Delhi Station time to catch train for Ranthambore,( Ranthambore is one of the finest tiger reserves of India and considered the best place to spot a tiger in his own natural habitat. The park is also popular with the wildlife photographers.). On arrival met at the station and transfer to wildlife Resort, After having your lunch we will take you for Afternoon safari, Evening free O/N stay at Wildlife Resort.
Day 4 : Ranthambore
Morning and afternoon safari into the national park, to explore the rich Flora and Fauna of the Ranthambore National Park. O/N stay at Wildlife Resort.
