Vallee de Mai is an ancient location which is touted to be the place where Garden of Eden had existed. The largest nut known to man Coco-de mer still grows at this place. This place is an UNESCO world heritage location. We should be very lucky to be able to encounter these wonderful islands that are still untouched by mankind. If lucky we might even get to spot the mighty black parrot and the tiger chameleon indigenous to Seychelles. There are also many places to enjoy, the silver sandy beaches of Anse Lazio lined by turquoise blue sea is a Post Card perfect location. Do not miss this place.

Payment Terms & Methods : * 20% Advance Percentage of total booking amount
* Airfare/Transport fare to be paid full at one time in advance.

Cancellation & Refund Policy :* Upon cancellation, refund will be made after deducting the Retention Amount.
* Retention Amount varies as per the number of days left before your package start date.
* Refund will be made within 15 working days from the date of receipt of the cancellation.

Flight cancellation policy:
• Cancellation will be as per the airlines cancellation policy
Tour cancellation policy:
• Cancellation charges will be applied as per the cancellation policy below:
• 25% of cost of tour before 40 days or more days of departure:
• 50% of cost of tour before 20 to 39 days of departure:
• 100% of cost of tour before 20 days of departure:
• Cancellation of one member may amount to cancellation of whole tour.
• In case of delay or cancellation of flights/itinerary due to bad weather or unforeseen circumstances, Tratoli Tours will not be held responsible for refund or compensation of any kind (including curtailment of trip). Tratoli Tours will however try to make the best alternate arrangements and facilitate customers with best services possible. Any additional expense incurred due to such cancellations would have to be borne by the guests.
