Package Overview

This package is suitable for age group 30 to 70 years. Rejuvenation and detoxification of whole, body, mind and soul. Improves concentration and focus of Mind. Classical Ayurvedic panchakarma for full body cleansing according to Ayurvedic classics. Balances the imbalanced bodily humoursVata, Pitta and kapha. Increases immunity, rejuvenates the cells, tissues and organs.

It includes all procedures of Panchakarma – Vamana (medicated vomiting), Virechana (medicated diarrhoea), Basti (enema), Nasyam (nasal drops), Abhayanga (ayurvedic massage), Shirodhara, Steam etc. Any procedure could be changed by Ayurveda and Yoga expert according to body constitution and problems. It will include Himalayan foothills adventure.

Daily Schedule in Hours

06.30 to 08.00 am Yoga, Meditation & Pranayam session.
8.00 to 09.00 am Breakfast
10.00 to 12.30 pm Ayurvedic treatments- Abhyanga, Swedanam, Shirodhara, etc.
1.00 to 2.00 pm Lunch
2.00 to 4.00 pm Take complete rest and twice a week 02 lectures on Lifestyle by Dr.
5.00 to 7.00 pm World renound Ganga Aarti at ParmarthNiketan with lot of Gurukul student.
7.00 to 8.00 pm Dinner

Day wise Itinerary

• Day 1 : Ayurvedic consultation

  Morning Ayurvedic consultation with Ayurveda expert about maintenance of life style & prevention of diseases i.e diet, exercise, purification and advice for herbal food supplement for health and relaxation of mind.
  
  The client should come empty stomach. Our trained staff will perform Abhayanga, this is full body ayurvedic oil massage for balancing external & internal energy, opening blockage of energy. Swedana(Herbal sweating of wholebody, Herbal bath with cleansing & rejuvenating effect. Evening yoga & meditation session one hour to relax mindand body.
  
  Ganga Aarti in positive vibration of Mother Ganges.

• Day 2 : Yoga, meditation and pranayama

  Yoga, meditation and pranayama. Abhayanga, Pindswed or steam with shirodhara, this is herbal oil dropping on forehead continuously for relaxing and balancing nervous system, promote proper sleep enhances Brain performance.

• Day 3 : Yoga, meditation and pranayama

  Yoga, meditation and pranayama. Treatment one of the most rejuvenating step in its shastishalikapindswedan, special rice cooked with herbs & milk, need two people to perform. It nourishes skin, muscles, and increases blood circulation Swedana(Herbal sweating of whole body, Herbal bath with cleansing & rejuvenating effect.

• Day 4 : Yoga and Meditation & Pranayama

  Yoga and Meditation & Pranayama. Abhayanga and swedanam along with major detox like Vamanam or Virechana(colonic cleansing)

  Yoga and meditation and pranayama. Morning Abhayangam, swedanam, Karnapurna and Basti treatments.

  Yoga, meditation and pranayama. Udawartanam that is a massage with herbal powder in cleans the skin, improves blood circulation. Reflexology of foot to flow the energy through channels, removes blockages. Swedana (Herbal sweating of whole body, Herbal bath with cleansing & rejuvenating effect.Himalayan Adventure

• Day 7 : Yoga, meditation and pranayama

  Yoga, meditation and pranayama. Abhyangam, swedanam, Nasya Karma and internal oileation, oil will be specific according to need of body constitution. Ayurvedic consultation.

• We have ashram accommodations which has very basic facilities – double bed room with private hot water bath and toilet. Ashram rooms do not have phone, television and waiter facilities. In case Ashram rooms not available – accommodation / food in hotel.
