• Day 1 : Leh Arrival

  Upon your arrival at Leh airport, our tour representative will meet you and assist you in smooth transfer to the hotel. The day is kept free for acclimatization. Overnight stay at hotel in Leh.

• Day 2 : In Leh – Visit Takthok – Chemrey – Hemis Monasteries

  after Early Morning Breakfast Visit to Takthok Gompa. Built in the 8th Century By Guru
  leh Palace Ladakhpadmasambhava, Takthok Gompa is Situated Around the Cave Where He Meditated. Post Your Return from Takthok Gompa, Set Off to Visit the Chemrey Gompa. Built Under the Patronage of Sengge Namgyal,The Construction of Chemrey Gompa Was Started in March 1644 A.d. and Got Completed in 1646 A.d. this Monastery is Nestled Atop of a Small Hill, Whose One Side is a Dwelling of Monks. Later, Hit the Road to Hemis Gompa, Which Crosses the Indus River At the Karu Village. Built in the 17th Century, Between 1602 A.d. to 1642 A.d., Hemis is One of the Most Famous Monasteries in Ladakh. It is also Known for the Annual Festival Called Hemis Tsechu. in the Evening, Return Back to the Hotel for Overnight Stay.

• Day 3 : In Leh (visit Stok Palace - Leh Palace - Shanti Stupa & Leh Market)

  STOK PALACE-LEH PALACE-SHANTISTUPA-LEH MARKET
  After breakfast visit Stok palace which houses a fine private museum. There is a superb collection of thangkhas, said to be the best in the world. In the afternoon visit Leh, a fascinating labyrinth of winding streets and quaint bazaars. The main street is open and airy, with rows of shops on either side. On either side of the market are seen a long line of Ladakhi women in traditional dress and colourful jewelry of coral and turquoise, seated behind enormous baskets, selling vegetables. The spectacular eight-storey Leh Palace looming above, overlooking the town, was built in the 16th century, about the same time as the Potala in Lhasa which it resembles. • Day 4 : Leh – Phyang (17 Kms/30 Mins) – Basgo (27 Kms/45 Mins) – Alchi (24 Km / 45 Mins)

  PHYANG-BAGSO-ALCHI
  After breakfast, take a road journey to Alchi. On the way, halt at Phyang Gompa, located on the main highway to Alchi. It is one of the most beautiful monasteries in Ladakh. After sightseeing of Phyang monastery, visit Basgo, which is located along the road to Alchi. When the kingdom of Ladakh got divided in the 15th and 16th century, the Basgo village was an important tourist center in the medieval times.
  In the afternoon, visit the Alchi Gompa. It is a temple complex located within the Alchi village and dates back to the 11th century. It exhibits a seamless blend of Indian and Kashmiri architecture. Overnight stay at hotel in Alchi.

• Day 5 : Alchi – Rizong – Lamayuru (57 Km/2 Hrs Approx)

  RIZONG-MAMAYURU
  While returning back from Alchi to Lamayuru, pay a visit to Rizong Gompa, one of the less visited monasteries in Ladakh. Built sometime around 1840, this Gompa is beautifully set in a valley, in a gorge and was founded by Lama Tsultim Nima.
  After exploration of Ridzong Gompa, proceed on a trip to the 11th century Lamayuru Monastery. There is a popular legend that the Arhat Madhyantika, a disciple of Buddha, offered holy food and water to satisfy the spirits inhabiting the Gompa. Overnight stay at hotel in Lamayuru.

• Day 6 : Lamayuru – Leh (126 Km/4 Hrs Approx)

  LAMAYURU-LEH
  Today, you will drive back to Leh. Upon arrival at Leh check into hotel. The afternoon is free for leisure. Overnight stay at hotel in Leh.

• Day 7 : Leh- Pangong Via Shey-thiksey (225 Kms/ 5 Hrs Approx)

  SHEY-THIKSEY-PANGONG
  Pangong LakeToday after breakfast drive to Pangong lake visiting , Shey Palace complex are structures located on a hillock in Shey, 15 kilometers to the south of Leh in Ladakh. Shey was the summer capital of Ladakh in the past & later visit Thiksey monastery, the twelve storied monastery of Thiksey is situated in the most prominent of positions, lies on an island Mountain. Arrive at Pangong in camp & leisure at Pangong Lake. Pangong Lake, situated at 14,000 feet, is bisected by the international border between India and China. Overnight stay at camp in Pangong.

• Day 8 : Pangong - Leh (258 Kms/ 06 Hrs Approx )

  PANGONG-SINDHU GHAT-LEH
  After breakfast drive back to Leh via visiting Sindhu Ghat . Dinner & Overnight stay at hotel in Leh.

• Day 9 : Leh - Nubra Via Khardung La Top (116kms/ 03 Hrs Approx)

  KHARDUNGLA PASS-NUBRA
  Today after breakfast drive to Nubra Valley. The road journey from Leh to Nubra Valley passes over Khardung La (The Highest Motorable road in the world) AT 5,602 M / 18,390 FT, around 39 km from Leh. From the pass, one can see all the way south over the Indus valley to seemingly endless peaks and ridges of the Zanskar range, and north to the giants of the Saser massif. Nubra Valley is popularly known as Ldumra or the valley of flowers. It is situated in the north of Ladakh between the Karakoram and Ladakh ranges of the Himalayas. The average altitude of the valley is 10,000 Ft. above sea level. Upon arrival in Nubra check into Camp. In the evening, walk around the tiny villages to see how the locals live in this part of the world. Overnight stay at the Camp in Nubra.

• Day 10 : Nubra - Leh Via Diskit Excursion (116kms/ 03 Hrs Approx )

  DISKIT-LEH
  Today after breakfast drive to Diskit. Diskit is famous for 515 years old Buddhist Monastery, lying magnificently situated on a hilltop, facing the entire Valley. Later drive back to Leh in the late afternoon via Khardungla Top. On arrival at Leh check in Hotel. In the afternoon you can rest and relax. In the evening you can stroll around the market place for some last minute souvenir shopping. Dinner and overnight stay at the hotel in Leh.

• Day 11 : Leh Departure

  After breakfast check out from hotel and proceed towards airport. Your tour ends with sweet memories.
