Chandernahan is a place in pubber Valley, of rohru tehsil, of shimla district. It is place from where pubber river has its origin. The way to Chandernahan is filled with great beauty which helps the travellers to overcome fatigue due to trek. It is a sacred place and has 7 lakes to which people trek. The trek is moderate, provided you are well equipped. Day wise Itinerary

Day 1 : Janglikh to Dayara Thach

Start Early after you have reached janglikh from shimla.
One can explore the village. The village is purely heritage and picturesque.
The trek winds through the thick forests, beautiful meadows and grassy land ascents.
It’s a moderate trek , takes around 4-5 hours to reach Dayara Thach.
Dinner and night stay at beautiful meadow Dayara Thach.

Day 2 : Dayara thach to LithamThach (Nearby Chandernahan waterfall)

After breakfast start excursion to LithamThach through the meadow of Mounti Thach.
These meadows are truly heaven for nature’s lover.
After 5-6 hours of ascend you will reach Litham thach . Now enjoy the beauty of Nature as you are in-front of beautiful Chandernahan waterfall.
Today we will Also cover a newly formed Mundar Lake.
Back to Litham.
We will camp nearby waterfall in Litham Thach

Day 3 : Litham thach to seven Glacial Ponds

Breakfast at early morning. After breakfast move forward to Seven FrozenGlacial Ponds.
These Seven Glacial Ponds are the source of Pabbar river.
Fifth one is the biggest one.
Back to Chander Nahan waterfall campsite.

Day 4 : Litham to Simir Thach

Start leisurely
After breakfast start excursion back to Simir Thach through Dayara Thach.
Dayara Thach is the Most Beautiful Place in this trek.
That long Meadows with Herds will definitely stole your heart.
Enjoy dinner and sleep under stars in Simir thach.

Day 5 : Simir Thach to Janglikh Village

After breakfast start excursion back to Janglikh village.
One can explore the heritage village.
Trip ends here with refreshing memories.

Travel in the remote mountain regions of the Himalayas involves certain inherent risks and dangers to life and property of both – the “Travel Mysteries” team as well as the participants, which include but are not limited to, acts of God, danger from natural elements / extreme weather (landslides, cloudbursts, rock-fall, snowfall, etc.), problems arising out of exposure to high altitudes injuries / accidents on account of travel in difficult terrain, which may result in delays, injury, illness or under extreme circumstances, even death.

The participant is aware that the treks and related activities involve such risks and dangers; and that “Travel Mysteries”, within its limited capacity, takes viable measures to ensure the safety and comfort of the participants and to minimize the risks associated with these activities.

Understanding all the risks, dangers and related aspects mentioned in this section, participating in of any of the services offered by “Travel Mysteries” constitutes a de-facto contractual arrangement between “Travel Mysteries” and the Participant.

Accepting these terms and conditions denotes that the participant has understood all the terms & conditions mentioned hereafter, and that these terms and conditions shall be binding upon the participant at all times.

Advance amount is non-refundable.

If the Client is willing to cancel his/her booking because of whatsoever reasons including accident, illness, or any other personal reasons including non-payment of the balance payment, the Company is liable to recover Cancellation charges from the Customer.

However on exceptional cases company reserves the Right to refund the advance payment after deduction of service charge* (For example: Instant death & serious Health Issue. Please Note: Company would also need the certificates for the same for Refund)
