19th April 2023 Friday. Chandigarh. Arrival – Shimla (130kms 2-3 Hours):
On arrival to the airport, we will be waiting to transfer you to the hotel, drive for Shimla via Parwanoo timber trail, Solan, Pinjore Garden. Check in at hotel. Dinner at Hotel, Overnight stay at hotel. (Dinner)

Day 2 : Exploring Kufri

20th April 2023 Saturday. Shimla-Kufri:-
After a leisurely breakfast Morning full day tour visiting Kurfi Green valley. Afternoon tour visiting Kufri, Indian Institute of Advanced Studies, Sankat Mochan Temple and Jakoo Temple. Particulars:

• Violation of any rules & regulations is subject to penalty.

• You are requested to consider all sightseeing as per the time & travel schedule.
• Change / addition in itinerary sightseeing may increase cost w.r.t distance.
• All Cases & Disputes are subject to Pune Jurisdiction.
• Payments must be made in advance to the agency in order to the book the itinerary.
• Refunds & Cancellations are subject to Airline’s & Hotels approval.
• CHEQUE: Must be drawn in favor of Kataria Holidays Private Limited.
• LATE PAYMENT: Interest @ 24% per annum will be charged on all outstanding bills after due date.
• VERY IMP: Kindly check all details carefully to avoid un-necessary complications.
• No Refund shall be provided on non-Refundable segments booked.
• Agency is not liable for any kind of refund if pax no show, or passenger’s personal problems.
• In case of cancellation of any booking by the client, Agency will deduct the 10% Service Charge along with necessary
cancelling charges and then process the refund for Refundable bookings.
• If any country / state changes its arrival policies during the travel period of the client, which directly or indirectly
affects the itinerary. Agency is not responsible for any kind of refund in that situation. In such situation Agency will assist / help the traveler in Change or Reissue of their Itinerary.
• Any changes in the Travel Itinerary without informing the Agency will result in termination of the Travel contract.
• Agency will not be responsible for any Insurance claim during the travel period.
• (During Covid-19) if traveler tests positive at any transit or primary country / state, Agency will not be liable for any
kind of refund, only help in reissue or change in itinerary will be provided.
• VISA approval and rejection is completely controlled by the Visa Authorities; Agency is not liable for any Refund in
that segment as well.
• There is no refund payable for any unutilized services (e.g., meals, entrance fees, optional tours, hotels, transport, and
sightseeing, etc.,) for any reason whatsoever.
• Any service booked in advance and cancelled as per booking policy, a refund will be done in the same mode of
payment after deducting cancellation charges and actual bank charges if any for refund. (To customer bank account if
paid by bank transfer, net banking mode/credit/debit card – a reversal to their respective credit card account will be
done.)
• This process will take 15 to 45 days to reflect in their account. Clients have the option to keep their refund money in
our account and collect credit certificates and utilize the same within 24 months.
CONDITIONS OF TRAVEL
• The client will have to strictly follow the Tour Program.
• There shall be no refund if the client fails to join the group at the commencement of the tour, joins the group later, or
leaves the group before the tour ends.
• It shall be noted that for all purposes, it shall be the responsibility of the client to reach the place of commencement of
the Tour and register with the representative of the company at the appointed place, date, and time.
• In the case where a client along with his family is compelled to discontinue the tour due to any reason whatsoever
including illness, death, or loss of any travel documents, no claim shall be entertained for refund of unutilized services.
Even if a client is unable to reach the place of commencement of the tour due to any reason whatsoever including loss of
baggage or loss of travel documents, his
booking shall be treated as "no show" on the tour and 100% cancellation charges will be levied.
• If a client avails pre-tour services or part thereof, or the air tickets (if booked under any offer) but fails to join the group
for the main tour at the appointed place or cancels the tour after using the air tickets or pre-tour arrangements or part
thereof, it shall be treated as "no show" and there will be no refund whatsoever for the unutilized pre-tour or main tour
services.

* Upon cancellation, refund will be made after deducting the Retention Amount.
