  Morning after breakfast at hotel, proceed for an exciting local tour of Munnar. • Day 3 : Day 03 : Munnar - Thekkady (Approx 3 Hours Drive)

  Morning after breakfast at hotel check out and drive to Thekkady. Thekkady is a world famous wildlife sanctuary and it is also called as Periyar. On arrival, check in at the resort. Afternoon proceed to visit the spice plantations like cardamom, cinnamon, pepper, coffee, tea estates, proceed for a game viewing cruise on the Periyar Lake. Here you will be able to see a large variety of wildlife, which include elephants, monkeys, deer, wild boar etc. Evening you can take an Elephant ride (Optional) at Periyar wildlife to watch wild animals. On your way back to the hotel, stop at the local market and pick up some fragrant spices & in the evening enjoy the Kathakali Show (Optional), Kalaripayattu Show (Optional). This journey is considered to be one of the best attractions. The house boat is fully furnished with single and double bedrooms, sundeck, private balcony and a kitchen.
