Day wise Itinerary

• Day 1 : Moshi to Rongai Gate to Simba Camp

  After an early breakfast, drive to the Rongai Gate (1,950m) for registration and permits.
  Begin the trek through lush rainforest, gradually ascending towards Simba Camp (2,650m).
  Enjoy the picturesque surroundings and the first glimpse of Kilimanjaro.
  Set up camp at Simba Camp, have dinner, and rest for the night.

  Depart Simba Camp and continue the ascent through moorland and heathland.
  Trek towards Second Cave (3,450m), passing through magnificent scenery.
  Arrive at Second Cave and set up camp for the night.
  Rest, hydrate, and enjoy dinner before retiring to your tent.

  Continue the ascent towards Mawenzi Tarn Camp (4,330m), your next campsite.
  Trek across the alpine desert, with spectacular views of Mawenzi Peak.
  Arrive at Mawenzi Tarn Camp and set up camp overlooking the tarn.
  Rest, hydrate, and prepare for the challenging days ahead.

• Day 5 : Mawenzi Tarn Camp to Kibo Hut

  Depart Mawenzi Tarn Camp and ascend towards Kibo Hut (4,700m), the final base camp.
  Trek across the lunar-like landscape of the Saddle, between Mawenzi and Kibo peaks.
  Arrive at Kibo Hut in the afternoon, settle in, and prepare for the summit bid.
  Have an early dinner and rest in preparation for the summit attempt.

• Day 6 : Summit Day - Kibo Hut to Uhuru Peak to Horombo Hut

  Awake before midnight for a light meal and begin the summit ascent.
  Trek through the darkness, guided by headlamps, towards Gilman's Point (5,681m).
  Continue along the crater rim to Uhuru Peak (5,895m), the highest point in Africa.
  Celebrate your achievement, take photos, and soak in the incredible views.
  Descend back to Kibo Hut for a short rest before continuing down to Horombo Hut (3,720m).
  Spend the night at Horombo Hut, reflecting on your journey and celebrating your accomplishment.

  Descend from Horombo Hut to Marangu Gate (1,860m), marking the end of your trek.
  Receive your summit certificates and bid farewell to your guides and porters.
  Transfer back to your hotel in Moshi for a well-deserved shower and celebration.
  Spend the evening reminiscing about your Kilimanjaro adventure and preparing for your departure the next day.
