Day wise Itinerary

• Day 1 : Home Town – Kolkata

  Departure from hometown. Arrival Kolkata. Transfer to Hotel. Check in. Dinner and Overnight stay in Kolkata.

• Day 2 : Kolkata – Paro – Thimpu

  Arrive Paro International Airport. Complete Immigration formalities and transfer to Thimpu. Check in hotel; proceed for sightseeing tour of Thimpu. Visit Memorial Chorten, Kuensel Phodrang (World’s largest sitting Buddha statue), Takin Reserve & Mini Zoo, and view Punakha valley from BBS Tower. Dinner and overnight stay in Thimpu.

• Day 3 : Thimpu

  After breakfast, proceed for full day sightseeing tour of Thimphu.Visit Folk Heritage Museum, Anim Dratshang, Trashichhodzong, and Handicrafts Emporium. Dinner and overnight stay in Thimpu.

• Day 4 : Thimpu-Punakha

  After breakfast, proceed toward Punakha. Enroute, halt at Dochu La -A mountain pass leading further into the Punakha Valley. Afternoon visit Punakha Dzong and Chimi Lakhang. Dinner and overnight stay in Punakha.

• Day 5 : Punakha-Paro

  After breakfast, check out of your hotel and proceed to Paro. Check in hotel and proceed for sightseeing tour of Paro. Visit Drukgyel Dzong, Kyichu Lakhang (Monastery), Ta Dzong (National Museum). Dinner and overnight stay in Paro.

• Day 6 : Paro

  After breakfast, Taktsang Monastery – a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Tour will be optional since it requires 2-3 hours trekking to reach the Monastery. Ponies are available for hire. Dinner and overnight stay in Paro.

  • Themes : Trekking

• Day 7 : Paro – Kolkata

  After breakfast, relax .Lunch.Drop at Paro Airport. Arrival Kolkata.Dinner.Overnight stay at hotel.

• Day 8 : Kolkata – Hometown

  After breakfast, drop Airport to fly back to your hometown.
