Day wise Itinerary

• Day 1 : Arrive

  You will be met by a representative of Royal Kruger Lodge at Nelspruit Airport (the closest airport to the Lodge) who will arrange your transport to the lodge. Later the evening enjoy a 4 course boma dinner under the stars.

• Day 3 :

  Rise early for a guided open air game drive in the world renowned Kruger National Park and experience South Africa at it's finest throughout the day. Keep a close eye out for all the thrilling sights of the Big 5, lion, leopard, elephant, rhino and buffalo. Capture magical and memorable photographic moments in the open air vehicle with qualified game rangers. The safari drive is approximately 6-8 hours. Enjoy your 4 course Boma dinner later the evening.

  You have the option to schedule your game drives on any of the days during your stay at the lodge.
• Day 4 : create a safari

  At your leisure and additional activities can be booked directly with the Royal Kruger Lodge and view the activities under create a safari.

• Day 5 : Cape Town.

  After breakfast, depart the Lodge for your onward flight to Cape Town.
  
  On arrival at Cape Town Airport you will be met by a representative of Private Safaris who will arrange your transfer to your 4 star hotel – Winchester Mansions which is located directly opposite the Atlantic Ocean and has beautiful views of the ocean.

• Day 6 : sightseeing

  After breakfast, you will be transferred to Franschoek for the wine tram excursion. A combination of tram and tram-bus will transport you around a loop of seven stops allowing you to hop –off at each stop and experience the activities on offer, be it wine tasting, lunch, a cellar tour or simply stroll through the vineyards.

• Day 7 : sightseeing

  After breakfast enjoy the morning at your leisure or visit the V&A Waterfront (free shuttle service is provided). Later the afternoon, enjoy a trip to the top of Table Mountain (weather permitting) by the revolving cable car. On a clear day you will be able to see Robben Island where Nelson Mandela was imprisoned. The return journey from the cable car station to your hotel (+- 15 minutes) is for your own account. Taxis are available at a cost of approximately AUD15.

• Day 8 : Full Day Cape Peninsula

  After breakfast depart on a full day Cape Peninsula Tour. You will head to Cape Point at the southern western tip of the Cape Peninsula and one of the most spectacular views in the world. Witness the union of the Atlantic and Indian oceans. In the Cape Nature Reserve, you can see a variety of wildlife which includes, baboons, Cape Mountain Zebra and the elusive Eland. On you return to Cape Town you will stop over at the Penguin colony at the Boulders beach (entrance for your own account) and Kirstenbosch Botanical Gardens for a short Walking tour.

• Day 9 : Departure

  After breakfast you will be transferred from your hotel to Cape Town International Airport for your flight home.
