Day 1 : Arrive Delhi
Upon your arrival at Delhi Airport, you will meet our representative who will transfer you to the hotel to compile all your check-in formalities and take rest for some time. The rest of the day is discrete. Stay overnight in Delhi.
Day 2 : Delhi - Local Sightseeing
Morning tour of Delhi visiting Raj Ghat and Shanti Vana - the cremation sites of Mahatma Gandhi and Jawaharlal Nehru. Afternoon visit India Gate (War Memorial Arch.), Lakshminarayan Temple - a modern Hindu Temple. Also drive past President's House, Parliament House, Government Secretariat Buildings. Overnight stay in Delhi.
Day 3 : Delhi - Mandawa (290kms 6-7hours)
Good Morning, We Will Go to the Semi-desert Area of Shekawati. We Will Dedicate the Full Day to Make a Circuit Through the Region, Famous for Its Painted Havelis and Its Forts. Shekhawati Was a Point Crucial to the Caravan Trade, Therefore Merchants Were Built Palaces and Havelis Profusely Decorated. Mandatory Stop is the Temple of Rani Sati in Jhunjhunu, the Largest Dedicated to the Ritual Suicide of the Wife On the Funeral Pyre of the Husband. We Will Continue with the Beautiful Havelis of Nawalgarh and / or Mandawa According to the Availability of Time. as We Enter this Region, We Will also Get in Touch with the Essence of Rural India. Night in Hotel.
Day 4 : Mandawa - Bikaner (185 km 3-4 hours)
Departure to Bikaner, Our First Stop in the Desert. Lunch En Route. We Will have the Afternoon Available to Visit the Fort of Junagarh, a Splendid Example of Palatial Architecture. in Addition, Bikaner is Famous for Its Multicolored Jain Temples that We Will Visit in a Rickshaw Ride Through the Ancient City. the City is also Famous for Its Schools of Miniatures that Can Visit Those Who Wish. 28 Km from Bikaner is the Karni Mata Temple in Deshnoke, Known for Worshiping Rats, Reincarnations of the Descendants of the 14th-century Mystic Karni Mata. Night in Hotel. * Recommendations: Bikaner Does Not have Recommended Restaurants, So the Best Places to Eat and Dine are the Hotels Restaurants.
Day 5 : Bikaner - Jaisalmer (335kms 6-7 hours)
In the morning we will go to Jaisalmer, one of the most extraordinary cities in India, known as the Golden City. We will arrive after lunch, perfect time to visit the relaxed Gadi Sagar, the lake that provided water to the city. At dusk, we can not miss the sunset from Vyas Chhatri, the royal cenotaphs that remind us of the cremation place of the kings and princes of Jaisalmer. Night in hotel.
Day 6 : Jaisalmer ( Khuri and Sand Desert )
The Fortress City of Jaisalmer Stands On Top of a Gentle Hill Overlooking the Desert. Described as a Jewel By the Merchants of the Caravans, It Hides Havelis with Rich Decorations and Palaces with Intricate Reliefs that have Been Declared a World Heritage Site By Unesco. We Can Visit the Fort, the Puerta Del Sol, the Megh Durbar and Its Magnificent Jain Temples. Outside the Walls, Another Great Attraction of Jaisalmer are the Havelis or Palaces of the Merchants. The Most Significant are Those of Patwon, Salim Singh and Nathmal. Khuri: in the Afternoon We Will Go to the Dunes of Khuri to See a Sunset, But this Time On the Sand Dunes of the Desert. It is a Small Area of Large Dunes in the Thar Desert. It is a Quiet Town Located in the Desert Bordering Pakistan, About 40 Kms Away. There You Will Set Out On a Camel Ride from the Small Town to Its Dunes. Night in Jaisalmer. * Recommendation: if You like the Spicy Try the Gatta Curry the Most Famous Dish of Jaisalmer
Day 7 : Jaisalmer - Jodhpur (285 km 5-6 hours)
After breakfast, we will leave for Jodhpur known as the Blue City, named for the privilege granted to the Brahmins to paint their houses in this color. We will visit Fort Meherangarh: fortress, which still belongs to the Maharaja of Jodhpur and is embedded in a rock-mountain 125 m high that dominates the city with a simply incredible shape. Night in Jodhpur. * With the entrance are included the headphones in Spanish that explain the history of the fort and the city. * Recommendation: The best Lassi in India are prepared in Jodhpur. Day 8 : Jodhpur - Ranakpur - Udaipur (325 km 7-8 hours)
Today we will cross the Aravali, the mountain range that crosses Rajasthan to reach Udaipur, the most romantic city in the state. In the center of these mountains we will visit Ranakpur, the largest set of Jain temples Chaumukha, Neminath, Parasnath and Sun temples) in India, which is about 60 km north of Udaipur. The main temple, Chaumukha, dates from the 15th century and has 29 rooms supported by 1444 marble pillars. For nonJains open from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. This excursion is not only highly recommended by the temples, but also by the peace and tranquility of these mountains. Day 9 : Udaipur
Day to venture into the most luxurious capital of the ancient principalities of Rajasthan. The City Palace is the privileged viewpoint of this city that looks out over Lake Pichola. We have the opportunity to visit the collections of the royal museum or have a cocktail from the terraces of the now luxury hotel where we can observe the Jag Niwas floating on the waters. The holy city of Pushkar is home to one of the few temples dedicated to the creator god Brahma. Doing a pooja or offering in its waters brings visitors good luck. We can continue strolling through its alleys where sadhus and pilgrims abound, as well as enjoying the relaxed atmosphere of Sardar Bazar. At the end of the day, a sunset behind the ghats will offer us an unforgettable view of the lake. Night at the hotel.
Day 11 : Pushkar - Jaipur (150kms, 2-3 hours)
For those who have been left wanting to roam, we will have free time in the morning, before leaving for the state capital: Jaipur. Arrival in Jaipur at lunchtime. We can dedicate the Afternoon stroll through the bazaars and get in touch with the vibrant capital of Rajasthan. Among the options that this city offers us is to visit a genuine Bollywood cinema. The Raj Mandir is considered the room with the largest capacity in India and still the atmosphere of the cinemas of yesteryear. For those who do not like Indian cinema, they will find in Jaipur from folkloric dinners to approach the music and dances of this region to luxurious cocktail bars. Night at the hotel.
Day 12 : Jaipur
Day to visit the Pink City, capital of Rajasthan. The pink walls of its old city harbor monuments of the size of Jantar Mantar, the largest astronomical observatory in the world, and the delicate Palace of the Winds, from where the women of the court observed the chores of the bazaar. We will also visit the Amber Fort, which can be climbed on the back of an elephant, by jeep or on foot. The ancient capital of the kingdom of Jaipur with its intricate works of marble, inlays and frescoes perfectly recreates the way of life of the Rajasthani monarchies. Back in Jaipur we can walk through the city, get lost in the bazaars, live the atmosphere of the picturesque city, full of women with big silver anklets, lean men with colorful turbans, carts pulled by camels and dazzling merchandise. Day 13 : Jaipur - Fatehpur Sikri - Agra (235 km 5 hours)
Departure from Jaipur towards Agra. Halfway, stop at the abandoned city of Fatehpur Sikri, the palaces complex that Akbar was built as a new capital for the Mogul Empire. A few years after the transfer of the court, it was abandoned due to problems with the water supply. Lunch in Agra and departure to Delhi, where we will arrive in the middle of the afternoon.
