Day wise Itinerary

• Day 1 : Arrival Jaisalmer

  When you arrive at Jaisalmer our tour executive will meet you outside the railway station and he will assist you to the hotel rest for some time as you must be tired after long journey later in the evening get ready to enjoy the sunset-Any sunset in Jaisalmer is touched with a little bit of magic as the sun’s golden globe sinks below the vast desert distance - you can take a short drive out of town to see this scene, overnight in Jaisalmer.
• Day 2 : Jaisalmer Sightseeing

  Jaisalmer- the Golden City- has a totally different feel to its bigger cousins to the east and south- there is a true frontier feel here and the fact that the Fort is ‘living’ (people still live and work inside its walls) gives the whole place a sense of romance and adventure. Take as long as you like today to explore the Fort and surrounding old city area. Jaisalmer is a great place to forgo a guide and find your own way around. Later in the day, drive out of town to the beginnings of the true sand dunes and take a short camel ride to view yet another spectacular desert sunset. Return to town, overnight in Jaisalmer.
• Day 3 : Jaisalmer to Jodhpur

  Today after having breakfast get ready to explore the Blue City of Rajasthan, the color being the best (supposedly) for repelling mosquitoes. In the afternoon, spend some time in the old city of Jodhpur with markets famous for spices, textiles and elaborate jewellery, overnight in Jodhpur.
• Day 4 : Jodhpur to Udaipur

  Morning tour of Meherangarh Fort and the nearby Royal Cenotaphs- Meherangarh dominates the skyline of Jodhpur from its position high on a ridge above the city. The fort is immensely impressive from the foot of the hill, and becomes even more imposing as you approach it. Tour this edifice with a local guide, and in later head towards Udaipur- the lake city of Rajasthan on arrival check in at your hotel and enjoy time in the late afternoon enjoying a cool drink on a roof terrace overlooking picturesque Lake Pichola, overnight in Udaipur.

• Day 5 : Udaipur Sightseeing

  Named ‘the most romantic city in India’, Udaipur is a truly unique place with major sites including the City Palace, Jagannath Temple and the island of Jag Mandir (which can be visited during your afternoon boat cruise on the Lake). While each major city in Rajasthan boasts markets which are unique and enthralling, those in Udaipur are particularly noteworthy, with major areas of interest including the many silversmiths and painters who still produce miniature works in the centuries-old Udaipur-school tradition, overnight in Udaipur.
• Day 6 : Udaipur to Pushkar

  Get ready to move towards the pilgrimage destination of Rajasthan Pushkar- here you will find many small temples all around and this city is gathered around the shores of a lake which will be a unique experience for surely Explore the town on foot in the afternoon, overnight in Pushkar.
• Day 7 : Pushkar to Jaipur

  Depart Pushkar and head to Jaipur, the ‘Pink City’ and capital of modern-day Rajasthan, in the afternoon explore the bazaars of the city area, and maybe take in a Bollywood blockbuster at Raj Mandir, perhaps the most ornate cinema in India, overnight in Jaipur.
• Day 8 : Jaipur Sightseeing

  The historic city of Jaipur has many great sights which will be included in your guided sightseeing today- these include Amber Fort on the city’s outskirts, the vast and sumptuous City Palace, the much-photographed Palace of the Winds and more, overnight in Jaipur.

• Day 9 : Departure

  Today after your morning meal get ready for the check out and depart for your home city.
