Description
At day 1 the morning opens at Sarutal. From there trekkers head to badang. During trail trekkers get beautiful scene of organic farms, dense forest of oaks, rhodendron etc and small meadows. Trekkers can enjoy bird watching.
At day2 trek starts from Badang to Pachi Thatch via Vijay Top. Trekkers can view a variety of flora and fauna. Trekkers walk through ridge to Vijay top. Trekkers are delighted by amazing views of Vishkopri meadow, kedarkantha peak, Rupin pass and khimloga pass. During the trek trekkers also get a panoramic view of villages of himachal Pradesh. On arriving Pachi Thatch trekkers get a 360o view of all peaks around.
At day3 trek starts from Pachi Thatch to Bada Thatch via Flag Hill. This day is one of the best days of this trek as trekkers have to trek from one ridge to another and then another and the trail have steep ascent and descent. On arriving at Flag Hill trekkers have hilarious view of Great Himalayas. During the trek trekkers get view of Himalayan range like khimloga pass, swargarohini peak, banderpoonch etc and trekkers also watch meadows with beautiful floras. On arriving Bada Thatch trekkers see beautiful large meadows and a beautiful temple with a beautiful sunset.
At day 4 trek starts from Bada Thatch to Baincha. During the trek trekkers view beautiful border villages of Uttarakhand like Liwari, Rala, kasla, Rekcha, Haripur and Phitari. Local handloom and jewellery are available there for renting and for buying. There local culture and tradition is one of the oldest in India. Enjoying Waterfalls, streamlets and local culture are fun loving activities during the last day of this trek.
