Day 1 : Saint Petersburg
Welcome to Russia! Russia is the largest country in the world and is a European country located in Eastern Europe with a vast expanse of territory that stretches across North Asia. You will be welcomed on arrival by our local guide and you will be transfered directly to your hotel for Check-In. Rest of the evening you have free time at leisure to explore St. Petersburg on your own.
Day 2 : Saint Petersburg
After breakfast we head out for City Tour of St. Petersburg with our local guide. You will have opportunity to see the admiralty St. Issac’s Cathedral, Fine Arts Square, Church of Resurrection on Spilled Blood, Smolny Cathedral, Bronze Horseman. Later we proceed to see Kazan Cathedral; Kazan Cathedral is one of the largest cathedrals in Saint Petersburg. The church houses one of the most important relics of Russia - the miraculous icon of Our Lady of Kazan.
Later in the afternoon we will have opportunity to explore Peter & Paul Fortress the historical kernel of St. Petersburg, military engineering and architectural monument. From this place the city began its construction in 1701.
Day 3 : Saint Petersburg
Breakfast at the Hotel. Today you have free time at leisure to explore Nevsky Street for Shopping or you can opt for optional excursions in St.Petersburg such as Hermitage Museum, St. Issac Cathedral, Peterhof Park & Palace or Pushkin Park & Palace.
Day 4 : Moscow
Today after breakfast we check-out and proceed to Station in order to catch the high-speed Sapsan Train from St. Petersburg to Moscow. Moscow is located around 635 Kms from St. Petersburg and the train journey will take approximately 3 Hours & 30 Mins. On arrival you will be welcomed on arrival by our local guide and you will be transferred directly to your hotel for Check-In. In the evening we proceed for 2 hours Radisson Royal River Cruise. Equipped with ice-breaking technology, these huge fancy yachts are the only river cruisers running all year around. The round trip journey takes two hours and floats past all the big sights like the White House, Novodevichy monastery and the Kremlin. There’s a large open air observation deck up top, while the main body of the ship houses a restaurant with a dance floor for a romantic post dinner dance. For a particularly romantic experience take one of the evening boats and admire the bright lights of the city skyline at night.
Day 5 : Moscow
After enjoying your breakfast our local guide will meet you in lobby and we proceed for a Half Day Moscow City Tour. On this panoramic tour you will have opportunity to see Red Sqaure, St Basil’s Cathedral, Lenin’s Tomb (outside), Moscow State University, Victory Park & Sparrow Hills. It offers a comprehensive overview of the Russian capital’s top attractions. Ideal for visitors short on time, you’ll explore the UNESCO-listed Kremlin, the iconic riverside fortress home to four cathedrals, four palaces, and five squares. You will visit the inner territory of the Kremlin, Assumption Cathedral and the Cathedral of the Archangel. Next, you'll continue on to the Ivanovo area, the proverbial, Senate Palace, the famous Tsar Cannon. Later we enjoy a short ride on Moscow Metro. It plays a very important role in the life of Moscovites, and still is the main transport artery of the city. It is a monument of culture, architecture, a tour of the underground transport network will reveal secrets, a secret underground city.
Day 6 : Moscow
Today after breakfast & depending on your departure flight we will transfer you to airport. In case of late evening departure from Moscow, guest have free time to explore Izmailovo Kremlin on own (subject to flight departure time). The complex “Kremlin and Vernissage in Izmailovo” is located in one of the most beautiful historical places of Moscow, on the bank of Serebryano-Vinogradny pond. City holidays, fairs and festivals are carried out in Izmaylovsky Kremlin. The Kremlin in Izmaylovo is a museum of museums where Museum of Russian dresses and life, Museum of Bells, Museum of Russian Fairy-Tale, Museum of History of Vodka and Museum of Russian Toy are gathered in one place. One more reason to visit this place is Souvenir Market. You can find here all kinds of Matryoshka dolls, magnets, posters, musical boxes, paintings etc.
