La Tomatina is a food fight festival that held in the Valencian, Buñol, in the East of Spain 30 kilometres (19 mi) from the Mediterranean. Participants make their way from all corners of the world to fight in this ‘World’s Biggest Food Fight’ where more than one hundred metric tons of over-ripe tomatoes are thrown in the streets. It has been held on the last Wednesday of August, during a week of festivities in Buñol since 1945.
Day 1 : Arrival at Madrid
A warm welcome to your ‘Sailani’s – La Tomatina Special’ Tour. Your Sailani’s representative greets you at the ‘designated meeting point’ (Check In after 1600 Hrs). We start your sightseeing only the next day so that you can relax after your long flight and get over your jetlag.

Day 2 : In Madrid - Guided City Tour of Madrid - Las Ventas Bull Ring - Orientation Tour of Toledo - Visit the Sword Factory
Today we take you on a guided city tour of Madrid. See the Royal Palace, Puerta del Sol, Cibeles Squares and Plaza Espana. Drive through the main streets and see the Neptune Fountain, Alcala Street and Gran Via – most popular commercial street for a real taste of Spain.
Next is visit to the Las Ventas Bull Ring, where we will guide you around the key parts of the bullring, from the main entrance, to the tendidos, the callejón…. putting into context the three protagonists of this magnificent spectacle: the audience, the bullfighter and the bull. Continue for an excursion to Toledo, a cultural melting pot renowned for its harmonious combination of three cultures of Christian, Muslim and Jewish cultures. Also, visit to a Sword factory. Steel from Toledo has been one of the most prestigious in the world because of its flexibility. Overnight at Madrid.

Day 3 : Onto Seville - Guided City Tour of Seville
Your drive takes you to Seville, the capital of Andalusia. According to legend, Sevilla was founded by Hercules and its origins are linked with the Tartessian civilization.
You will be taken on a guided city tour of this gracious and charming Spain’s third-largest city. See the Tower of Gold, the tranquil and extensive Maria Luisa Park, the quaint Santa Cruz Quarter, and finally view the huge cathedral (one of the world’s largest) with its Giralda Tower (a former minaret). While Seville is famous for its history, at the same time the old city center is bustling with modern life: filled with shops, tapas bars and restaurants, the city offers plenty of options for visitors. Day 4 : Onto Granada - Visit Great Mosque of Cordoba - Free Time at Plaza de la Corredera
Today proceed to Granada. En route visit the former Great Mosque (now a cathedral) in Cordoba. When arriving in Cordoba, pass along the wonderful gardens of the Alcazar mof the Christian Kings, where we will also see the mosaics that decorate the rooms (Mondays visit another monument).
Free time at Plazza de la Corredera, this grand 17th-century square has an elaborate history as a site of public spectacles, including bullfights and Inquisition burnings.
Nowadays it’s ringed by balconied apartments and is home to an assortment of popular, though culinarily run-of-the-mill, cafes and restaurants. Overnight at Granada.

Day 5 : Onto Valencia - Guided City Tour Granada - Visit the Alhambra and the Generalife Gardens
Grab the sight of The Alhambra and the Generalife Gardens. Listed under the World Heritage Sites of the UNESCO, Alhambara is indisputably the most well-known monument of the city and one of the most visited in Spain. The last Moorish stronghold in Europe, the Alhambra reflects the splendor of Moorish civilization in Andalusia and offers the visitor splendid ornamental architecture, spectacular and lush gardens, cascading and dripping water features and breathtaking views of the city. It has a defensive area, the Alcazaba, the Nasrid Palaces, named after the Dynasty of the Kingdom of Granada, and the Gardens of the Generalife. Generalife Gardens is positioned on a hill situated at the rear of the complex
overlooking the Alhambra palace. Within you’ll find beds of colourful flowers, more exquisite architecture, leaping fountains and cool shade.
Proceed to Valencia. Valencia is one of the oldest cities in Spain, founded in the Roman period under the name “Valentia Edetanorum” on the site of a former Iberian town, by the river Turia in the province of Edetania. Overnight at Valencia.

The aim of the day is simple… tonnes of tomatoes are pelted, thrown, tossed, chucked, propelled, catapulted, fired, launched, pegged & lobbed at friends, family, partners, all the people you know plus the thousands you don’t! Day 7 : Onto Barcelona - Guided City Tour of Valencia - Free Time at Plaza del Ayuntamiento
Today enjoy a guided city tour of Valencia. In Valencia you can find an impressive balance between modern and classical architecture. The buildings like the City of Arts and Sciences, The Cathedral of Valencia and the Central Market you should not miss.
Free time at Plaza del Ayuntamiento, home to some of the most representative administrative buildings in Valencia, Plaza del Ayuntamiento features an outstanding mix of Spanish architectural styles.

Day 8 : In Barcelona - Guided City Tour of Barcelona - Visit to FC Barcelona Football Stadium - Free Time at La Rambla - Flamenco Show
