Day wise Itinerary

• Day 1 :

  Upon arrival at the Jomo Kenyatta International Airport you will be met by our representative and transferred to Jacaranda hotel in Nairobi with an optional excursion around the adventurers Karura forest footwalk .

• Day 2 :

  After an early morning breakfast travel North to the Meru National Park which is located at the slopes of Mt Kenya overnight at elsas kopje safari camp . Meru National park was the place where the renowned couple george and joy adamsom lived and where they raised elsa the lioness from the best selling book and award wining movie "ELSA THE LIONESS" .Aftenoon game drive in the park in search of the elephants,lions, cheetahs and many more. Dinner and overnight at your camp.

• Day 3 :

  After an early morning breakfast we depart for Moount Kenya hike. Easy pace. Drive upto 3,000metres. Aclimatise all meals and overnight at OLD MOSES CAMP.

• Day 4 :

  In the early hours of the morning we have some energizing breakfast climb to 1,000metres where you can see the peak of mount Kenya and also the moorland on the Naru Moro route. Return to your hut for a brunch. We later descend down by car and drive to SAMBURU NATIONAL PARK. We arrive in the late afternoon and go staright on game drive in the park. Check in will be at around 6pm at SAMBURU SHABA or SOPA LODGE.

• Day 5 :

  Full day is spend here in the park with morning and afternoon game drive. All meals at your lodge . Samburu National Park is located on the banks of Ewaso Nyiro river on the other side is buffaloe springs National reserve. Samburu is home to Kamunyak a lioness famous for adopting oryx calves. In this park you find The grevy zebra, reticulated girraffe, beisy oryx, gerenuk, the olive baboon not forgetting the lion ,cheetah and leopard. Overnight at Samburu Shaba lodge or Sopa lodge.

• Day 6 :

  After a sumptious morning breakfast travel back to Nairobi you can stop over enroute for lunch. Arrival in the late afernoon. Transfer to the airport for your flight home.
