Day wise Itinerary

• Day 1 : Start your Himachal tour by arriving into Chandigarh and drive to Manali (313 kms/7-8 hrs)

  Arrive Chandigarh and transfer by road to Manali, a picture-perfect hill resort at an altitude of 1,929 metres. Set amidst pine-clad mountains, which gradually close in on both sides of the Beas and nestling in their shade, as though carved out of primeval forest, is a scattered hamlet, which comprises this picturesque summer resort. Proceed to your hotel. Rest of the evening is at leisure, overnight at the hotel.

  This morning you will proceed for a walking tour of Manali, visit the 450 years old temple dedicated to Hadimba Devi, which has some excellent woodcarving. Visit the Tibetan Monastery and a handicraft center. Rest of the day at leisure OR optionally you may walk to nearby picturesque village of Vashisht known for hot sulphur springs. Overnight at the hotel.
  
• Day 3 : Manali

  This morning you will visit the Solang Valley, which offers fine views of glaciers and snow, capped peaks. A place not to be missed is Rohtang Pass, 51 km from Manali at an altitude of 3978 meters (subject to weather conditions). Rest of the day is at leisure OR take a stroll down the Mall road, overnight at the hotel.

  This day is at leisure for individual activities, overnight at the hotel.
  
• Day 5 : Manali - Nalagarh (320 kms / 7- 8 hrs)

  This morning you will be transferred by road to Nalagarh a scenic town offers views of the famous Naina Devi Temple. Arrive and check into your resort, Rest of the day at leisure, overnight at the hotel.
• Day 6 : Nalagarh - Chandigarh (70 kms/1-2 hrs)

  Today you will be transferred to Chandigarh airport. / railways station for your onward journey.
