Bike and explore Split, islands Brac, Solta, Hvar and Korcula, Peljesac peninsula and town of Dubrovnik! As all our programs we offer it in three pricing categories, depending of the type of accommodation you choose: Elemental, Classic, Premium.
Day 1 : Split
Upon your arrival in Split you will meet our representative and get familiar with the area; most important sites and dining areas, get your bike fitted and get an explanation of all the bike routes and options. The most important site of Split is Diocletian’s Palace, now recognized on UNESCO’s World Heritage list.
Day 2 : Island Solta
Start with a ferry ride to Solta, your first Dalmatian island. Discover and bike the island of Solta. The biking is done mostly along narrow back roads of small rural villages in the interior of the island and with the visit of a few coastal villages. Ride along olive groves and vineyards. Optional visits to honey production site. Spend the evening in Split again tonight.
Day 3 : Island Brac
Today you depart for the island of Brac, the biggest and highest of all central Dalmatian islands which will give you plenty of riding choices. Coastal roads, climbs to 780 m, coastal or inland villages and towns, art galleries, local restaurants, stone masons workshops or even visit to the stone mason school… Whatever you choose you will have great views of the mainland and ride along olive groves and vineyards!
Day 4 : Island Hvar
After the ferry ride from Split to Hvar. Enjoy an easy ride around the UNESCO site of Stari Grad - an ancient Greek colony dating back to 400 B. C. Besides historical sites you will discover quite charming towns and roads where you will be biking, passing next to gardens, along the coast and olive groves.
Day 5 : Island Korcula
After the boat transfer, start with your bike ride on Korcula island, about 46 km to the town of Korcula, the most magnificent walled Korcula old town, still well-preserved and almost intact for centuries where you sleep for the next 2 nights.
Day 6 : Loop Ride Korcula
Take a chance to explore the island of Korcula; its hidden coves, beautiful old towns, unique small villages and dark pine forests that cover the island. There are a few loop options today. Whatever you choose, you will be making your way past vineyards, olive groves and along beautiful coast of the island. Did we mention Marco Polo was born here, and has started his life journey from Korcula?
Day 7 : Peljesac Peninsula and Dubrovnik
Today, for your final ride, you will be cruising along Peljesac peninsula. You will be riding along vineyards of Dingac and Postup, made from the Plavac Mali vines, a close cousin to Zinfandel of California and Primitivo of Calabria. Your final bike destination is Ston - the salt-producing village on Peljesac peninsula with the longest fortified walls in Europe – 5.5 km. After sightseeing, organized transfer to Dubrovnik.
Day 8 : Tour End
Today after breakfast the tour ends. You might want to extend your stay in Dubrovnik and explore the historical sites along with the magnificent walls that surround the old town!
