A complete 5 days program to clean and rejuvenate each sense organs of the body which is very nice effect on body to maintain the life.

You will go through the procedure of Ayurvedic herbal scrubbing, oiling and polishing of whole body skin with cleaning and rejuvenating procedure of every sense of receiving knowledge.

Ayurvedic consultation with Ayurveda expert about maintenance of life style & prevention of diseases i.e. diet, exercise, purification and advice for herbal food supplement for health and relaxation of mind. If you are on empty stomach, it will more powerful .

Schedule :

6.00 AM to 8.00 AM - Nature walk to foot hills of Himalayas – will bring you to natural state of mind and body.
8.30 AM - Breakfast
10.00 to 12.00 - Treatments – sense cleaning
13.00 to 14.00 - lunch
14.00 to 15.00 - Rest
15.00 to 18.00 – Adventure Rafting down to Ganges River (10 km), local Cultural visit – trivenighatArti ceremony or Ayurveda teaching optional.
18.00 t0 19.00 – ParmarthNiketan Ganga Arti(fire ceremony) world renoundpooja of Holy Mother Ganges.
