• Ladies cannot travel Alone without a Mehram.

Saudi Simcard Is Not Available And Is Not Given Complimentary.
Economy Hotels May Have Common Bathrooms And Via Flights And No Laundry Facility.
If Case Of Any Other Embarkation Point Air Fare Difference Has To Be Paid
Saudi Riyal Is Considered To Be 17.50/-,
Any Increase In Ticket, Umrah Visa Or Forex Will Have To Be
Borne By The Client And Paid Before Departure.

BOOKING POLICY

Pay 50% Advance per person to Book your Umrah tour.
Balance amount to be paid 21 days before departure or the booking will get cancelled without informing.
Book with Cash or Cheque favoring "SIDRA WORLD TOURS AND TRAVELS".

CANCELLATION POLICY

(Same for All Packages)
The following cancellation charges would apply per person if booking is cancelled as per schedule below.
10,000/- per person is NON REFUNDABLE.
50% of the tour cost if cancelled between 15 to 30 days before departure.
NO REFUND if cancelled within 15 days of departure.
Date Change Penalty 5000/- per person if made between 15 to 30 days before departure or else the above cancellations shall apply.

Proof of Identity

As per the latest GOI directives, all guests are requested to carry a valid Voters ID. It is compulsory for foreign nationals and NRI's to carry their passport with valid visas or PIO(Person of Indian Origin) card. Relevant documents/copies have to be produced at the time of check in.
