Day wise Itinerary

• Day 1 : Delhi to Shimla | A Beautiful Town Encapsulated by Magical Misty Hills

  Welcome to the Capital City of India, Delhi, here you will be greeted by a representative who will help you give a quick overview of the entire tour and will also help you with the smooth transfer from Delhi to Shimla.
  Once you reach the hotel it is recommended that you take some rest after a tiresome journey.
  The rest of the day is at leisure and you are free to roam and explore the popular landmarks and local markets around the hotel.
  Return back to the hotel for an overnight stay.

• Day 2 : Sightseeing in Shimla and Excursion to Kufri | A Haven for Nature

  Start your day with a perfect breakfast at the hotel before heading out for the local sightseeing of Shimla.
  You will first trek to the top of Jakhoo Hill to visit the ancient temple which is dedicated to Lord Hanuman.
  Then proceed to witness the Ridge Road located at the heart of Shimla and is a large space where all the cultural activities take place.
  You will also be visiting the Rashtrapati Niwas that once served as the residence of the British Viceroy of India, and the Christ Church which is a parish in the Diocese of Amritsar.
  You will also visit the Mall Road lined with colourful shops where you can shop for souvenirs.
  Other places you can visit near Mall road are Town Hall, Gaiety Theatre and Scandal Point.
  You will then be proceeding towards Kufri, which passes through the splendid Hasan Valley and is known for its scenic beauty and pleasant weather.
  Visit the Himalayan Zoo which is home to wildlife like Felines, Antelopes and other birds including Monal, the state bird of Himachal Pradesh.
  Later in the evening travel back to Shimla for the overnight stay.

• Day 3 : Shopping Day in Shimla | Explore the Colourful Markets and Shop for

  Enjoy a hearty breakfast in the morning at the hotel and then proceed for your shopping tour.
  You can enjoy shopping at Mall Road areas like the Lakkar Bazaar, Lower Bazaar, The Mall, Himanchal Emporium, and Tibetan Market.
  Local markets in Shimla will definitely lure you with all their traditional products and antiques.
  After you are done shopping for the day, the rest of the day is at leisure and you can opt to explore beautiful villages nearby.
  Later in the evening return back to the hotel in Shimla for an overnight stay.

• Day 4 : Shimla to Chail | The Land of Salubrious Beauty and Virgin Forests

  Enjoy a delicious morning breakfast and then head to Chail which is 45 km from Shimla.
  The Chail Palace is well known for its architecture and the world's highest cricket ground located at an altitude of 2,444 m.
  On arrival at Chail check in to the hotel and explore this beautiful town that is less crowded with a lot to offer.

• Any breakage or damage of any items in the resort will be charged at actuals.
• Any personal expenses or items of personal nature will not be included in the package. Any meals or transfers not mentioned in the itinerary are to be considered an exclusion in the deal.
• All entry tickets for stupas, monasteries, sightseeing, state and entry fees, monument entrances, camera charges, etc. are not a part of the package

• In case the preferred slots are unavailable, an alternate schedule of the customer’s preference will be arranged and a new confirmation voucher will be sent via email.

Know Before You Go

• Carry dry snacks/food, granola bars, etc. from home. Carry a regular and another insulated water bottle with you, so that you can refill.
• Avoid using plastic bags and maintain the ecological balance of the destinations. Travelers littering may be fined.
• It is recommended to carry enough warm clothes and the right kind of shoes for the tour.
• Daily temperature monitoring of the staff.
• There are antibacterial hand sanitizers available throughout the property
• The rooms and the entire stay is deep cleaned before every check-in and post every check-out
• The retreat has increased the frequency of cleaning public areas (including the lobby, doorknobs, common washrooms, etc

Payment Terms & Methods :
* 30% Advance Percentage of total booking amount
* Airfare/Transport fare to be paid full at one time in advance.
Liability for change in itinerary due to reasons beyond our control like a change in flight and train schedule, cancellation of flights/trains, political disturbances, natural phenomenon, roadblocks, etc. will not be accommodated in the package cost. No bill will be reimbursed for any missed service/facility.
JM Tours & Travels reserves the right to rearrange the itinerary due to any kind of disturbance that occurred (i.e weather condition, political condition or any others) without changing the total number of days and without compromising any service.
The hotels are subject to their availability. In case they are not available, the travellers will be accommodated in a property of similar standard.
Rates may fluctuate with any change in services/hotels. The difference in the cost shall be borne by the client in case of any amendment in the package due to an increase in the number of guests.
Because of any reason natural or personal, if the tour or a particular activity is not completed, no refund will be processed.
Minimum 2 persons are required to book this tour.

Cancellation & Refund Policy :
If cancellation are made 15 days before the date of travel then 30.0% of total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees
If cancellation are made 7 days to 15 days before the date of travel then 50.0% of total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees
If cancellation are made 0 days to 7 days before the date of travel then 100.0% of total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees
