Day wise Itinerary

Day 1 : Delhi – Shimla (370 Kms/8-9 Hrs)

Arrive in Delhi from Where You have to Reach By Your Own “isbt Kashmiri Gate”. from There Proceed to Shimla By Evening Bus Luxury/ Volvo ( 10:00 Pm ) ( 10 Hours Journey ). Overnight Journey By Volvo Cab.
Day 2 : Shimla Pick Up – Local Sightseening

Reach Shimla Volvo Stand where our representative will welcome you with a warm smile & Transfer you to the Hotel. After fresh up, proceed to half day city tour Jakhu Temple (According to Mahabharata Myth Hanuman Ji rested while Searching for Sanjivini Plant), a Viceregal lodge which was once the residence of British Viceroy of India which is now converted to advance study for its academic use). In Evening Explore, The Mall, Scandal Point, Ridge, Lakkar Bazar and Christ Church. Evening back to hotel dinner and overnight stay in Hotel.

Day 3 : Shimla – Kufri - Chail(22 Kms/45 Mins) – Shimla

Today after breakfast have excursion trip to Kufri (It is one the best ski point in winters and in summers, it turns into a famous tourist picnic spot). And visit Chail after S/S return to Shimla &. Overnight stay in Hotel.

Day 4 : Shimla – Kullu – Manali (260 Kms/7-8 Hrs)

Today morning after breakfast check out from the hotel and proceed towards Manali On the way to Manali, take a halt at Pandoh Dam, visit Hanogi Mata Temple and Vaishno Devi Temple. Reach Manali & check into the hotel. Overnight stay in hotel.
Day 5 : Manali– Nagger Castle - Manali Local Sightseeing

After Breakfast in the Morning Drive for Excursion to Manali Local Sightseeing ,Hadimba Devi Temple, Tibetan-monastery (0.5 Kms, Vashisht(3.5 Kms from Mall) Naggar Castle – the Old Capital of Kullu, Naggar ,Nicholas Roerich Art Gallery:-prof. Late Nicholas Roerich, a Reputed Artist Had Chosen Naggar as His Residence When He Came to India in 1929. the House Has Now Been Converted in An Art Gallery Which Houses Numbers of Rare Paintings and other Specimen of Art. the Gallery is Open for Visitors.move to Manali and Dinner or Overnight Stay At the Hotel.
Day 6 : Manali – Solang Valley (14 Kms/45 Mins) – Manali

Today morning after breakfast have excursion trip to Solang Valley where you can admire the enchanting sights of the surroundings and can enjoy various thrilling adventure activities like Paragliding, Zorbing and Horse Riding etc during summer time. As the winter approaches, the same Solang Valley takes a shape of a Snowy Blanket, thus forming a perfect vista for several snow activities. After enjoying the outing return to hotel for Overnight stay.

Please Note: Since the National Green Tribunal is allowing only limited vehicle to Rohtang pass per day.

Rohtang pass will on subject to availability and its directly payment basis.

Tour Policy

IMPORTANT NOTE: –

Expenses incurred due to many factors beyond our control like natural calamities, Heavy Snow Fall, landslides, political Insurgencies etc.

BOOKING CONFIRMATION: –

For Package conformation, you need to deposit only 50% Payment in Our Company Account given below and receive your Booking voucher (Please do mail the screenshot of the mode of advance payment).

IMPORTANT NOTE: –

The package can be altered/change as per the customer requirement/ interest if possible (subject to availability)
Check out time of the hotel mentioned is10:00 Check in time is 12:00 noon. (Early check-in is subject to availability)
We may reschedule the sightseeing days subject to weather conditions & to ensure smooth execution of tours.
We shall not be responsible for any cancellation of cabs or buses due to bad weather & are not liable for it.
Though Himachal has been witnessing a huge tourist growth but the facilities available cannot be matched to those available in the Cities and other developed destination.

CHILD POLICY:-

Children below 5 years are complementary in a parental room without extra bed. (Milk/Food for infant or children below 5 years is chargeable and direct payment in the hotel.

PREPONE AND POSTPONE:-

For postpone/Prepone of tour packages are to be communicated in written and need to inform us at least 7 days prior to tour date.

INR 2500/- will be charged extra for Prepone/postpone.

AMENDMENTS / CANCELLATIONS

If the Client is willing to amend or cancel his/her booking because of whatsoever reasons including death, accident, illness, or any other personal reasons including non-payment of the balance payment, the Company is liable to recover Cancellation charges from the Client. All cancellations are to be communicated in written and advance amount is nonrefundable, besides the forfeiture of the deposit amount of the tour, a further charge will be levied as follows:-

30 days prior to departure from the tour, the advance amount is non-refundable, an advance will be charged.

30 days to 15 days prior to departure of the tour 50% of total tour cost.

14 days to 07 days prior to departure of the tour 75% of total tour cost.

07 days to 01 days prior to departure of the tour 100% of total tour cost.

There will be no refund for NO SHOWS.

Any amendment in the original booking has to be given to us in writing. All changes will be processed only after the receipt of the same by the Company. However, if any of the amendment requests results in cancellation of one or more services, then the Company is liable to recover cancellation charges as indicated in the above-mentioned table.

The above-mentioned cancellation charges are applicable only for the main Tour and optional tours published by the Company. If the Client has booked any other services such as air/train tickets or any third party product, then the Company is liable to recover cancellation charges as per cancellation terms of respective airline/railways or the cancellation terms of respective third party. The Company is also liable to recover its service charges against booking and canceling such services for the Client.
