Day wise Itinerary

• Day 1 : SHIMLA ARRIVAL

  Meals: Dinner Only
  Welcome to your Himachal tour! On arrival at the airport/ bus stand/ Railway station, you will meet our representative and will transferred to the charming hill station of Shimla. On arrival, check in to your hotel.
  Later after freshening up leave for your day excursion, visit Mall Road, which is considered as the main street in Shimla, Scandal Point - considered to be a popular tourist spot, Christ Church - one of the first churches built in North India and Lakkad Bazaar - known for wooden toys and articles.
  Note: (The vehicle will drop you till the Mall road as per the Himachal Tourism policy).

• Day 2 : Embark on an excursion to Kufri

  Meals: Breakfast & Dinner
  This morning after you freshening up and breakfast, proceed for a wonderful excursion, taking you from the terrain through the Deodar forest which is known to the Asia’s densest forest, Kufri a hill station which is famous for its Panoramic view of the great Himalayan ranges, ski slopes, trekking and hiking trails. The hill station is the winter sports capital and its snow slopes are ideal for some basic skiing. The splendid views especially in the winters make Kufri the best backdrop for beautiful photos. Later on the completion of the day tour return back to the hotel. Overnight stay at the hotel.

• Day 3 : SHIMLA - MANALI (270 KM)

  Meals: Breakfast & Dinner
  This morning after hearty breakfast, proceed for a breathtaking drive to Manali, nestled on the banks of the River Beas amidst the Kullu Valley, on journey to the Valley of God, Kullu Manali you will come across the different terrains of different Himalayan ranges from Shivalik hills to the valley between Pir panjal and Dhauladhar. On arrival, check in to the hotel.
  The rest of the day is at leisure to explore this beautiful town at your own pace.

• Day 4 : MANALI ARRIVAL– LOCAL SIGHTSEEING

  Meals: Dinner Only
  Reach Manali Volvo Stand where our representative will welcome you with warm smile & Transfer you to the Hotel (Check In & Check out Time is 12:00 noon as per Hotel Policies & early Check In is subject to availability). After fresh up, proceed to half day city tour of Manali which includes- Hadimba Devi Temple (This temple constructed in 1553 A.D is Dedicated to Himachal’s Most Significant Deity Hadimba Mata) Vaishnu, etc.), Vashisht Hot springs (Dedicated to Vashisht Muni & well known for its hot Curable water and Religious),Tibetans Monastery. Evening you will be free to explore the Mall Road & IBEX Market of Manali, Overnight stay.

• Day 5 : MANALI – SOLANG VALLEY (14 KMS) – MANALI

  Meals: Breakfast & Dinner
  Today morning after breakfast have excursion trip to Solang Valley where you can admire the enchanting sights of the surroundings and can enjoy various thrilling adventure activities by own cost. As the winter approaches, the same Solang Valley takes a shape of a Snowy Blanket, thus forming a perfect vista for several snow activities. After enjoying the outing return to hotel for Overnight stay.

  MANALI – ROHTANG PASS / UP TO SNOW LINE.
  Meals: Breakfast & Dinner
  Today morning after breakfast have excursion tour to Rohtang Pass upto Snow Line (Upto Snow Line refers to the barrier placed by the government to avoid risks during heavy Snowfall): On the way to Rohtang Pass visit Kothi, Gorge, Gulaba, Marhi. In Rohtang Pass enjoy Skiing, Horse Riding, Snow Scooter ride (on your own expenses). Afternoon at 4:00-5:00 PM return back to Manali. Dinner & Overnight Stay at the hotel.
  
  Please Note: Since NGT (National Green Tribunal) is allowing only limited vehicle to Rohtang pass per day, the Rohtang pass sightseeing will be subject to availability of the permit available on the spot. Also the cab services (including permission charges) will cost extra depending on the vehicle opted on sharing basis / individual basis by the customer. Rohtang pass is closed from 15th November to 15th April and on every Tuesday.

• Day 6 : MANALI – DHARAMSHALA

  Today after breakfast travel to Dharamshala.
  Dharamshala has everything for a perfect holiday. It features tranquil Waterfalls, Out-stretched Tea Gardens, Cricket stadium for sports lovers, Holiness due to Dalai Lama’s presence & calm and peaceful environment.
  Reach Dharamshala where our representative will greet you and transfer you to the hotel (Check In & Check out Time is 12:00 noon as per Hotel Policies & early Check In is subject to availability).
  Overnight stay at the hotel.

• Day 7 : DHARAMSHALA & MCLEODGANJ LOCAL SIGHTSEEING

  Meals: Breakfast & Dinner
  After fresh up and rest till 2 pm, proceed for Dharamshala Sightseeing to cover official residence of Dalai Lama, Mcleodganj, Bhagsunath Temple, Dharamshala international cricket stadium & local market. Overnight stay at the Hotel.

• Day 8 : DHARAMSHALA – DALHOUSIE

  Today after breakfast travel to Dalhousie
  The tiny tinsel town Dalhousie tucked away in the lap of Himachal Pradesh is a piece of paradise for all the travellers. It boasts of old world charm, mesmerising natural landscape, pine-clad valleys, flower bedecked meadows, fast flowing rivers, magnificent misty mountains and some of the most spectacular views in the world.
  Reach Dalhousie where our representative will greet you and transfer you to the hotel (Check In & Check out Time is 12:00 noon as per Hotel Policies & early Check In is subject to availability). , Jandhrighat Palace, Subhash Bowli, Bara Pathar, Panjphulla, Subhash Chownk, GPO Dalhousie, Satdhara and the last but not least Old Churches of Dalhousie.

• Day 9 : DALHOUSIE LOCAL SIGHTSEEING

  Meals: Breakfast & Dinner
  After fresh up amd breakfast, continue towards Khajjiar (before that must ask for river point for enjoying the water in the riverbed) (Khajjiar: Known as MINI Switzerland of India Certified by Swiss Government) Activities at Khajjiar: - Horse riding, Zorbing, Nature walks suggestive here in betweens the trees, must visit to the KHAJJI NAGA TEMPLE there.
  After full local sightseeing we shall leave to Dalhousie and on the way to Dalhousie we shall stop at point called Kalatop Sanctuary area (Nature walk also suggestive here up to Kalatop Rest House and Back) and thereafter shall depart for Dalhousie, Overnight stay at Dalhousie.

IMPORTANT NOTE

• The above package can be customized as per the customer’s Requirement.
• Check In & Check out Time is 12:00 noon as per Hotel Policies (early check in is subject to availability)
• Meals Timings must be followed as per the instructed time of the hotels. For any un-availed meals we shall not be responsible.
• In few tourist destinations, the facilities of Hotel, Services, and Aids etc. cannot be matched to developed destinations. Hotels in Himachal are categorized on the basis of location, Services and costing and not as per Star Categorization i.e.; 1*, 2*, 3* and so on.
• We may have to re-schedule the sightseeing days due to closing of any monument during that particular day as to ensure smooth execution of tours.
• Extra cost may be applied for any unexpected event.
• Final confirmation acceptance should be only written basis & No discount will be provided after the issuance of confirmation letter .

AMENDMENT POLICY (PREPONE & POSTPONE)

• In case client wishes to prepone /postpone his or her travel dates, we request you to kindly reach us 7 days prior to journey date via mail.
• The customers can postpone/ prepone their tour once without any additional charges (if intimated before 7 days of travel date in written). However postponing & preponing second time will attract additional charges.
• Also note that few service providers (Hoteliers, Transporter etc.) may apply postpone/prepone charges even after meeting above requirement. In such cases postpone/prepone charges will deducted from the advance amount deposited.
• In all prepone or postpone scenarios, the services and the costing will be subject to availability of Hotel/Volvo and season/off season time.
• We do not accept any change in plan within 7 days of travel date. However in rare cases like adverse climatic conditions or strikes, package can be postponed which will be intimated to you beforehand.
• The validity to utilize your Advance payment in prepone/postpone scenarios is 1 Year from the date of advance payment.
• The advance payment and the invoice Number allotted to you, are transferable i.e. you can pass on your booking to any of your friends/ relatives. (Please Note : In order to transfer your booking you must meet the above terms and conditions first)
• Company has a right to reschedule the site seeing days to ensure smooth execution of tours.
• Any amendment requested during the tour, will be treated as a fresh booking and additional cost will be charged other than earlier allocated tour cost.

Terms & Conditions

Payment Terms & Methods :
50 % of the total package cost must be deposited as an advance in our company’s account to confirm the package.
We can also accept the booking at 25 % of total package cost as a token amount if you confirm the desired package before 15 days of your travel date.
Please note that the advance 25% of the payment will be considered as token amount only & will be non refundable. Rest of the 25 % must be cleared before 7 days of Travel Date. Failure in doing so will lead to cancellation of your tour.
Remaining 50 % of the package cost will be collected on arrival.
Customers must carry the issued confirmation letter on their trip as it contains important information like confirmed hotel, Cab Details and Service contact Numbers.

Cancellation & Refund Policy :
There is no contract between the company and the client until the company has received the initial deposit amount of specified tour package. Payment must be received in accordance with the procedures of Payment Policy.
In case, customer wishes to cancel his/her booking before 15 days to the travel date because of whatsoever reasons including accident, illness, or any other personal reasons including non-payment of the balance payment, the Company is liable to recover Cancellation charges from the Client. All cancellations are to be communicated in written.
Advance amount 50% is also non-refundable in case the cancellation is done within 15 days to the travel dates or No Show scenarios.
Advance token amount 25% is non-refundable in any cases.
In exceptional cases like Instant death company can refund the advance payment amount but after deducting its necessary service charges* (Please note: Company would also need the death certificate for the same for Refund)
The Company has complete authority to change the package costing if in future there is a hike in tariff & taxes of hotels, transportation or any other additional services provided.
Only those Services will be provided to the customers as mentioned in the booking voucher.
Any complimentary services (If not provided) cannot be claimed in form cash/money/alternative services.
