Cancellation policies :
Cancellations must be intimated to us in writing, once the services are confirmed Cancellation fee will be levied
30 days prior to travel date will be charged 20% of the tour cost
21 days to 30 days prior travel date will be charged 35% of tour cost
16 days to 20 days prior travel date will be charged 50% of tour cost
15 days prior travel date will be charged 100% of tour cost
Bank transaction charges on credit card/net banking will not be refunded
This policy may vary during Apr, May and Jun months, Diwali / Dussehra and New Year period and Long Weekends.

Day wise Itinerary

• Day 1 : Ludhiyana  - Shimla

  Arrive and transfer by road to Shimla the former summer capital of British India, set amidst the snow capped Shivalik Mountains which offers some of the most stunning views of the mighty Himalayas. Overnight stay at hotel.

• Day 2 : Shimla

  Today morning, after breakfast, you will visit Kufri which is situated at an altitude of 2500 meters and is just 2 hours drive away from Shimla. Later in the afternoon, visit Zoological Park and then to Mall Road. In the evening, after a sumptous dinner, settle down for a comfortable overnight stay at the hotel.

• Day 3 : Shimla - Manali

  After breakfast, depart to Manali, a picture perfect hill station at an altitude of 1929mtrs. On arrival, check-in at the hotel. Spend the rest of the evening at leisure strolling through the Manali market. In the evening, after a sumptous dinner, settle down for a comfortable overnight stay at the hotel.

• Day 4 : Manali

  After breakfast, take a half-day local sightseeing of Manali, visiting the 450 years old Hadimba temple, Vashisht Temple, Club House. Enjoy dinner and stay overnight at the hotel.

• Day 5 : Manali - Solang valley / Rohtang pass

   (On Direct Payment basis with union cab).​
  Today morning, take a half-day excursion to Rohtang Pass/Rohtang snow point (closed on Tuesday). On return, visit Solang Valley. Today, you can opt for adventure sports like Para Gliding, Zorbing or Skiing (subject to snow) on direct-payment basis. Stay overnight at the hotel. Rohtang Pass: It is 51 Kms | 2hrs from Manali. It is not accessible for almost eight months in a year as it is covered by snow. Guests are generally taken to the snow point on Rohtang Road, permitted by Border Security Force. In case aTuesday falls on this day, guests shall be taken to the snow point on some other day as we have three nights in Manali. Solang Valley: It is a side valley at the top of the Kullu Valley, 14 kms northwest of the resort town in Manali on the way to Rohtang Pass and is known for its summer and winter adventure activities. Most commonly offered activities are parachuting, paragliding, skating and zorbing. Note: Both Snow Point /Rohtang Pass and Solang Valley will be covered on the same day and the visit is subject to weather conditions

• Day 6 : Manali - Chandigarh

  Early in the morning, after an appetizing breakfast, you will be driven to airport/railway station. The wonderful trip to the mountains of Himachal end here with a bag full of memories.

• Package valid only for Indian nationals.


• It is mandatory for guests to present valid photo ID proof at the time of check-in.


• Right of admission to every Hotel is subject to individual Hotel policy. Accommodation to guests may be denied by the Hotel, if adequate proof of identity is not submitted at the time of check-in. Guest may be required to provide a valid photo-id card in originals and /or any other document as per the hotel policy including but not limited to Passport, Driving License, Voter ID Card etc. Note- PAN Cards will not be accepted as a valid ID card. Foreign Nationals are required to carry their original passport along with a valid visa. Via shall not be responsible for any declination in admission of guests at the time of check-in, by the Hotel, for any reason whatsoever.”


• The inclusion of extra bed with a booking is facilitated with a folding cot or a mattress as an extra bed.


• Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may be chargeable by the hotel. The standard check-in time is 1300hrs and the standard check-out time is 1000hrs.


• The hotel reserves the right of admission. Accommodation can be denied to guests posing as a couple if suitable proof of identification is not presented at check-in. Via.com will not be responsible for any check-indenied by the hotel due to the aforesaid reason.


• In case of non-availability of above mentioned hotels similar category hotel will be provided.


• Any cost arising due to natural calamities like, flood, landslides, road blockage, political disturbances (strikes), etc to be paid by the client, which is directly payable on the spot.


• Any increase in taxes or fuel price, leading to increase in cost on surface transportation & land arrangements, which may come into effect prior to departure to be paid by guest.


• Driver  & Vehicle  details shall be shared 12 hrs prior to travel .
