Day wise Itinerary

• Day 1 : Delhi - Shimla 560 KM (OVERNIGHT)

  After arrival at volvo station depart for Shimla at 08:00 PM . It will take around 08-09 hrs, after reaching Shimla meet our driver and proceed for Hotel.
  Shimla, is home to a number of buildings that are styled in the Tudorbethan and neo-Gothic architectures dating from the colonial era, as well as multiple temples and churches. The colonial architecture and churches, the temples and the natural beauty of the city attract a large number of tourists. The major attractions include the Viceroy Lodge, the Christ Church, the Jakhoo Temple, theMall Road and the Ridge, which together form the city centre..
  Day 01 : Shimla – Kufri - Shimla
  Today Morning after reaching Shimla our cab will pick you from Shimla Volvo station and drive to Hotel after freshup proceed for sightseeing of Kufri is a small hill station in Shimla district of Himachal Pradesh state in India. It is located 13 km from the state capital Shimla on the National Highway No.22. Visit Himalayan Wild Life Zoo which hosts rare Antelopes, Felines and Birds including Himalayan Monal, Himalayan bears and other rare birds and animals. After that return back to Shimla and visit Mall road, Christ Church, the Ridge and you have enough time then you can also visit Jakhoo Temple and after that return back to hotel take dinner and over night stay at hotel. *Early Check inn at hotel is subject to availability.

• Day 2 : Shimla - Local Sightseen – Shimla.

  Today after breakfast proceed for local sightseeing of Shimla that includes Christ Church, the Jakhoo Temple, theMall Road and the Ridge, which together form the city centre . Then after that in the evening you are free to strool over the famous mall road of Shimla. After that return back to hotel, take dinner and overnight stay at hotel.

• Day 3 : Shimla – Manali

  Today after breakfast check out from the hotel and drive to Manali, on the way sight-seeing of Kullu valley and overnight stay at hotel in Shimla. Manali, is a high-altitude Himalayan resort town in India‟s northern Himachal Pradesh state. It has a reputation as a backpacking center and honeymoon destination. Set on the Beas River, it‟s a gateway for skiing in the Solang Valley and trekking in Parvati Valley. It's also a jumping-off point for paragliding, rafting and mountaineering in the Pir Panjal mountains, home to 4,000m-high Rohtang Pass

• Day 4 : Manali local sight seen

  Today morning after breakfast proceed to local sightseeing of Manali that includes“HADIMBA TEMPLE” Built in 1553 with a superbly crafted four tiered pagoda roof, it is famous for its exquisitely carved doorway . “CLUB HOUSE” The Club House with its comprehensive facilities that include a roller skating rink, an auditorium, billiards rooms, a library, a bar and restaurant makes wonderful outing for the day.” Tibetan Monastery, Van Vihar, and “VASHIST” Well known for its hot springs. There are old temples dedicated to the sage Vashisth and to Lord Rama After that drive back to hotel take dinner and over night stay at hotel.

• Day 5 : Rohtang Pass & Solang Valley Sight Seen

  Today morning after breakfast drive to sightseeing of Rohtang Pass & Solang Vally (up to snow line if Rohtang Pass is closed due to snow fall). On the way visit Gulaba, Kothi, Marhi & Rahala Fall. After that return back to Manali. Rohtang, translates to "a pile of corpses". Here you can have a magnificent view of Dhauladhar Range and Pir Panjal Range and high altitude mountain peaks i.e. Hanuman Tibba, Makar Way, Shikhar Way, Friendship peak and Shiti Dhar. Those peaks have their altitude at 6000m or above. Enjoy Skiing, Horse Riding, Yak Riding, Snow Scooter ride (on your own expenses).

• Customers must carry the valid id proof of all the travelers


• Trans Himalaya Travels is not be responsible for any delay, Extra Payment or change in the route for natural situations, political strikes or premises, cancellation of flights or any other unforeseen circumstance.


• These prices are based on all Government taxes and are subject to change. If the Government revises the taxes and fees then the current price will be charged.


• Please note the Taylor Made packages are designed strictly on the detailed itinerary being attached any extra sightseeing and excursion is subject to a supplement cost as per the actual.


• If there is no planned hotels availability, we will confirm other similar hotels.


• All hotels are planned in room category basis.


• Rohtang Pass Sightseeing is subject to availability and its is excluded from itinerary.


• The number of vehicles to Rohtang Pass per day is restricted to 1000 /- out of which only 600 petrol engine taxis and 400 diesel taxis will be allowed. Due to this restriction customers have to wait as per availability.


• Visit to Rohtang pass can be on individual / sharing by deluxe bus / Cab subject to availability.


• Rohtang Pass Sightseeing is excluded from the itinerary and if guest wants to take it will depend on the availability of the permit and guest has to pay the Rohtang Pass Sightseeing Cost directly.

Cancellation Policy:-

In the event of cancellation of tour / travel services due to any avoidable / unavoidable reason/s we must be notified of the same in writing. Cancellation charges will be effective from the date we receive advice in writing, and cancellation charges would be as follows: 30 days prior to arrival: 25% of the Total Package cost. 20 days prior to arrival: 50% of the Total Package cost. 10 days prior to arrival: 60% of the Total Package cost. 07 days prior to arrival: 75% of the Total Package cost. Less than 72 hours or No Show: No Refund In case of Special Trains Journeys and peak season hotel bookings a separate cancellation policy is applicable (which can be advised as and when required). Some cancellation and refund policies are out of our tender: Refund for hotel payment will follow the hotel?s cancellation policy Train tickets cancellations will follow the Railway?s policy Flight tickets cancellations will follow the airlines company policy In case you cancel the trip after commencement, refund would be restricted to a limited amount only which too would depend on the amount that we would be able to recover from the hoteliers/ contractors we patronize. For unused hotel accommodation, chartered transportation & missed meals etc. we do not bear any responsibility to refund.

No refund will be made in case of mechanical trouble to the vehicle or natural calamities like, landslides, flood, earthquake, heavy snow fall or any natural climatic conditions.
