  No Outside Vehicle of Himachal is Given Permission By the Manali Transport Union to Go to Rohtang. Local Taxis are Available Which Has to Be Hired for Rohtang Pass. Payment Can Be Made On the Spot. Approximate Rs.1000/- per Head to Be Budgeted Additionally.
