Day wise Itinerary

• Day 1 : Delhi - Shimla (370 Km/8-9 hrs.) Overnight journey by Volvo

  Evening board Volvo bus from Delhi to Shimla. Overnight journey to shimla. It’s an 8-9 hour long journey.
  A century ago the British selected Shimla as their summer capital, using it as a retreat from the blistering heat of the plains. Called the “abode of the high and mighty“, it is spectacularly set at 2,154 metres with the snow-capped Himalaya as a backdrop and with beautiful promenades, graceful colonial buildings, wooded ravines and evergreen forests.

• Day 2 : Arrival Shimla & Kufri + Chail day tour

  Arrival at Volvo station Shimla, meet our driver and transfer to hotel (early check in subject to availability & standard check in time is 12 pm).
  After Freshen up visit for excursion to the green valleys of Fagu and Kufri. {Optional: Visit Kufri Adventure resort (Guest can enjoy various rides & activities at their own cost)}. Explore the Kufri Winter Sports Capital, Indira Bungalow and Himalayan Zoo.
  Post lunch, continue drive to the one of the famous place in the outskirts of Shimla i.e Chail. Merely 2 hours drive away from the Shimla, Chail is a quiet hill-station tucked in the lap of nature. A haven for those wanting to escape mind-numbing restlessness of city life, this lovely town was a former summer retreat for the Maharaja of Patiala. Here you will enjoy the sightseeing which includes visit to Kali ka Tibba, Chail wildlife sanctuary & Sidh Baba ka Mandir.
  In the evening, return back to Shimla.

• Day 3 : Shimla Full Day city tour

  Morning at leisure. Post Breakfast at hotel, visit to Indian Institute of Advanced Study (formerly known as Vice Regal Lodge, closed on Monday), Jakhu Temple (Via Rope Way), Kali Bari Temple, The Christ Church, Gaiety Theatre, Scandal Point & Lakkar Bazzar, The Mall Road and The Ridge (according to time).
  Evening is free for leisure

• Day 4 : Shimla - Delhi (370 Kms/8-9 hrs.)

  Wake up in the morning and after having delicious breakfast, Check out from the Hotel. Day is free to explore Shimla at your own and later in the evening say goodbye to Shimla and board the Volvo bus to Delhi.
  
  Note for Day 04: You have to check out at 11 Am from hotel and keep your luggage at hotel clock room and explore the town at your own. Later you have to come back to hotel at your own and our car will drop you at Shimla Volvo station.

Booking Procedure/Payment Policy

• We request for a purchase order and 30% of the tour cost as advance at the time of
• confirmation to proceed with the bookings and remaining 70% payment prior 15 days from the date of travel.
• In case of credit card payment, an additional surcharge of 2.5% will be charged extra over the NET payable amount.
• In case of debit card payment, an additional surcharge of 1% will be charged extra over the NET payable amount.
• In case of NEFT/RTGS/ online Transfer no transfer charge will be levied.
• Any incidental or actual expenses to be paid over and above the tour price.

Cancellation Policy

• Token amount will not be refundable.
• 25% cancellation charges will be applicable, if booking is cancelled between 30 to 15
• days from the date of travel.
• 50% cancellation charges will be applicable, if booking is cancelled between 14 to 8 days from the date of travel.
• 100% cancellation charges will be applicable, if booking is cancelled between 07-0 days from the date of travel.
• Refund is not applicable in case of no show.
• Air tickets, Train tickets, Volvo tickets and Safari charges are non refundable once issued.
