Day wise Itinerary

• Day 1 : Arrival

  Welcome to Dubai! With the world class shopping malls, beautiful beaches, glittering dunes, tallest tower, and even the man-made islands, Dubai is a fascinating and vibrant city that offers myriad experiences. Upon arrival at the airport, meet the over representative who would help you to board your luxury vehicle to reach the hotel. Post check-in, you have rest of the day at leisure; you could either relax a bit or get refreshed to take on some sightseeing.

• Day 2 : Burj Khalifa at the Top

  Begin your day with a hearty breakfast as you would be needing all that energy to visit the 124th floor of the world?s tallest skyscraper - Burj Khalifa, a prominent landmark which is predominantly known for finest shopping, dining, and entertainment options. On arrival at Burj Khalifa, reach the 124th floor via high-speed elevator to gaze at the stunning contrast of the city, desert, and ocean below you and snap great pictures of the 360-degree view of downtown. Later, return to the hotel for an overnight stay.

• Day 3 : Desert Safari and BBQ Dinner | Breakfast Included| Overnight in Dubai

  Post a delicious breakfast in the comfort of your hotel, get ready to leave behind the lights of Dubai and venture out to an exciting, thrilling and power-packed desert safari. Between 2:30 pm and 3:30 pm, a land cruiser would come to pick you up from the hotel. After you're picked up from the hotel, course through the windswept dunes of the Emirati desert while sitting in the comfortable and luxurious vehicle. The Desert Safari begins the early evening with dune bashing and is followed by barbecue dinner (vegetarian) at a traditional Bedouin campsite. Later, return to the hotel for an overnight stay.

• Day 4 : Breakfast | Departure from Dubai

  Checkout
  Post breakfast, spend some time at leisure; during which you could go out for the shopping. Head to the airport in Seat in Coach Transfers for your flight back home. It is time to bid adieu to Dubai and take a flight back home, armed with an enriching experience and memories to last a lifetime.

• Price of the package is calculated for per passenger on a twin-sharing basis.


• Prices are dynamic and may be based on offers running at the time of booking. MS reserves the right to change prices at any time.


• Pricing of the package is based on the age of the passengers. Please make sure you enter the correct age of passengers at the time of booking. Passengers furnishing incorrect age details may incur penalty at the time of travelling.


• Hotels may charge security deposit for a particular amount (approx. 100 USD per room for duration of stay) which would be blocked but not debited from your card. If given in cash, it will be refunded at check-out (provided no damage has been done to the hotel premises/items in minibar are intact)


• A surcharge may be applicable for certain departures.


• Service tax charges will apply as applicable.


• In case the selected hotel is unavailable for booking, an alternate arrangement will be offered to the customer in another hotel of a similar category.


• Due to operational reasons, the routing of this tour may be amended. However, all mentioned services will remain unchanged.


• Please note that carrying poppy seeds (khus khus), or any products containing such seeds, is banned in Dubai.


• Also banned are qat leaf, betel leaf or nuts, niswar and gutkha, which while admissible in some countries, are not permitted in the UAE.


• Carrying any of these banned substances can result in strict legal action as a jail sentence or deportation.


• This package is operated under the 'Fixed Departure Series' and commences on specific dates only.


• Cost of deviation and cost of extension of the validity on your ticket is not included.


• Porter fee at hotels, airports and seaports is not included in the package and has to be borne by the customer.


• Cost of expenses of personal nature such as, laundry, telephone calls, room service, alcoholic beverages, mini bar etc., are not included.


• Any other items not mentioned under ?Inclusions? are not included in the cost of the package.


• All packages include standard or base category rooms, unless selected otherwise


• Ramadan Dates falls between 26th May to 24th June 2017


• During Ramadan ? There will be no entertainment show ?like belly Dancing, Tanura show at Desert Safari and Dhow cruise


• Liquor is not served at Safari Camp & Public places , also you cannot eat, drink or smoke in public during daylight hours

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellation stage: 21 days or more before departure.


• First payment done will be forfeited upon cancellation done 31 days or more prior to departure.


• Cancellation stage: 11 to 20 days before departure.


• 50% of the package cost will be refunded upon cancellation done between 11 to 20 days before departure, if you have made full payment for the package.


• If not, then after deducting 50% of the package cost from the amount you have paid, the balance will be refunded.


• Cancellation stage: 10 days or less before departure.


• No refund will be provided upon cancellation done within 10 days before departure.
