Day wise Itinerary

• Day 1 : Bagdogra / New Jalpaiguri Railway Station - Darjeeling

  Today morning after breakfast you arrive at Bagdogra Airport / New Jalpaiguri Railway Station. At the Airport / Railway Station you are met with our local representative. You are driven by an air conditoned car to Darjeeling (approx 90 Kms / 3 Hrs). Upon arrival you check-in at the hotel. Darjeeling is fondly called "Queen of the Hills". Rest of the day is at leisure.

• Day 2 : Darjeeling

  Early Morning (at 04:00 am) drive to Tiger hill to watch the spectacular sunrise over Mt. Khangchendzonga (28,208 ft. Worlds 3rd highest peak), on your way back visit Ghoom Monastery and Batasia Loop. After breakfast visit Himalayan Mountaineering Institute, P.N. Zoological Park (Thursday closed), Tenzing Rock, Tibetan Refugee self-help Centre (Sunday closed), Tea Garden (outer view) and Japanese Temple (4 hrs from 9.00 to 13.00 hrs). Evening is free for shopping & leisure. Overnight stay at Darjeeling.

• Day 3 : Darjeeling - Kalimpong

  After Breakfast transfer to Kalimpong (4,100 ft.). On arrival you check-in to your hotel. Afternoon enjoy half day tour of Kalimpong visiting Mangal Dham, Deolo Hill, Dr. Graham's Home, Golf Garden, Durpin Dara Hills & Flower Nurseries. Overnight stay at Kalimpong.

• Day 4 : Kalimpong - Excursion to Lava & Lolegaon

  After breakfast start for full day excursion to Lava & Lolegaon. Evening, you are driven back to Kalimpong. Overnight stay at Kalimpong.

• Day 5 : Kalimpong - Gangtok

  After breakfast transfer to Gangtok (5,480 ft.). On arrival you check-in to your hotel. Afternoon proceed for a city tour visiting Banjhakri Falls, Cottage Industry and Handicraft Centre, Flower show, Do-drul Chorten & Institute of Tibetology (maximum 3-4 hours). Overnight stay at Gangtok

• Day 6 : Gangtok - Excursion to Changu Lake

  After breakfast proceed for a full day excursion to Changu Lake which is 35 km from Gangtok, at an altitude of 12,400ft. The lake derives its waters from melting snows over the surrounding mountains. Legends say that lamas could forecast the future by studying the color of the lakes waters. Stay overnight at the Gangtok.

• Day 7 : Gangtok - Bagdogra Airport / New Jalpaiguri Station

  In the morning after breakfast you are driven by car to the Airport / Railway Station (approx 123.81 Kms / 5 Hrs) for your journey back home with beautiful memories of your holiday.
