Day wise Itinerary

• Day 1 : Arrival at Bagdogra Airport (IXB) / New Jalpaiguri Railway Station (NJP) and Transfer to Gangtok

  You will be received by our official at Bagdogra Airport (IXB) / New Jalpaiguri Railway Station (NJP) - He will assist you for the forwarding journey to Gangtok (120 Kilometers, 4 hours) - A perfect destination for tourist in search of enchantment, tranquility, trekking or any other adventure. Land of monastery, mystic rituals / festivals at an elevation of 1,437 meters / 4,715 feet is the most often visited spot of India for its rare Orchids and Butterflies - In the evening one is free to stroll around M.G.Marg or the local Market - Overnight stay at Gangtok.

• Day 2 : Excursion to Changu / Tsomgo Lake - Nathu La (Optional

  Early morning breakfast - Permits are made one day prior to visit - This is nearly 48 kilometers drive and takes nearly 2 hours - Visit to Tsomgo / Changu Lake and Baba Mandir, cool, serene water and the picturesque beauty - Tsomgo lake is one of the holy lake of the region - A temple of Lord Shiva is built on the lakeside - Primula flowers and other alpine plantation provide an immaculate beauty to this place - Till April it is full of snow and lay frozen - (Nathu La Pass visit has to be arranged the previous Night when Voters ID card will be asked for - Nathu La Pass once booked the amount is not refunded even if the trip get cancelled - Nathula Pass supplement of INR 2500 - INR 4000 / - has to be paid on the spot as it is not included in the final costing) - Back to hotel for lunch or lunch on the way - The rest of the day is free - Evening one is free to stroll around M G Road or the Local Market - Overnight stay at Gangtok.

  Early Morning breakfast - Next the driver will assist you for the forwarding journey to Darjeeling (!25 kilometers 2 ½ - 3 hours) - Darjeeling - At an elevation of 2123 meters / 70001 feet, the land of breathtaking beauty, amidst rolling tea gardens, crowned by the majestic Himalayas popularly known as the Queen of the hills - Jewel in the crown of the Eastern Himalayas with mesmerizing beauty offers spectacular views of the Mount Everest, Mount Kanchendzonga and the rest of spectacular Himalayan range - Half Day city tour includes Padmaja Naidu Zoological Park, Himalayan Mountaineering Institute (Closed on Thursday), Ropeway, Tensing Gumpo Rock, Tibetan Refugee Self Help Center (Closed on Sunday), Tea Estate, Natural History Museum (Sunday Closed), Peace Pagoda - Back to hotel - Evening free to stroll around the area - Overnight stay at Darjeeling.

• Day 4 : Excursion to Mirik

  Early morning breakfast - Next start for the 32 kilometers drive via Nepal border to Mirik - It’s a two hours’ drive - Mirik is a quiet town between Siliguri and Darjeeling - It is known for its secluded charm, Beautiful Tea Gardens, Samendu Lake, Orange Orchards, Cardamom Plantation and its pleasant Climate - The drive is scenic and so is the place both attracts tourist in hordes - Halt at Seemana for view for viewing of Mount Kanchendzonga - Activity like boating in the lake is also in the card for guest - On the way visit Pashupati Market in Nepal - Drive back to Darjeeling nearly 32 kilometers and 1 ½ - 2 hour’s drive - Back to Hotel - Late evening free to stroll around Mall or visit some of the pub, Eateries, studio or bakery with cafeteria - Night halt at Darjeeling.

• Day 5 : Tiger Hill sightseeing & Departure to Bagdogra Airport (IXB) / New Jalpaiguri Railway Station (NJP)

  Early morning at around 3:45 AM drive to 8000 feet / 2440 meters through primitive forests of oak, magnolia to Tiger Hill to view sunrise over Kanchendzonga Peak (subject to clear weather) - On the way back visit Ghoom Monastery, Peace memorial & Batasia Loop - Next Drive to Siliguri, on the way to Bagdogra Airport (IXB) / New Jalpaiguri Railway Station (NJP) (120 kilometers, 2 ½ - 3 hours) - Morning breakfast - After breakfast transfer to Bagdogra Airport (IXB) / New Jalpaiguri Railway Station (NJP) /Siliguri - Guest are advised to start early and not to rush - Forwarding Journey.

• The above itinerary is suggested Tour Plan. The Company is responsible for only those services which are charged from the guest. All other services which are not paid by the guest to the Company are Suggested services and Company is nowhere bound to provide that service or pay the cost for the same.


• Check in and Checkout Timing of the Hotel will be according to the timing of the respective Hotels.


• Company is not responsible for compensating any loss or additional cost incurred by the guest while taking the tour.


• Company is not responsible, nor liable for any damage, loss or injury caused to any passenger while taking the tour.


• Dollar rates are applicable only to Foreign nationals & Indians possessing foreign passports, while the INR package rates will be applicable to Indian nationals.


• All the disputes are subject to Chandigarh Jurisdiction only.


• Any Claim related to the Package must be brought to the notice of the Company within a week.


• If the Company is unable to provide accommodations at the booked hotels due to natural or unavoidable circumstances that interrupt the expected course of events, the clients will be provided with equivalent or higher category accommodations

HOTEL CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT POLICY

• Please carry a valid identity proof (Passport, Driver's License PAN Card etc.) as they are required during check in.


• You are requested to provide the hard copies of the hotel vouchers at the time of Check in


• Check-In time is 12:00/1400 hours and the Check-Out time is 10:00/1200 hours.


• Early arrival and late departure are subject to availability of rooms.

Reservation Policy:

• Confirmation of Hotel Rooms / House boat is subject to the availability.


• Confirmation of the Packages is subject to receipt of 100% payment i.e..., 50 % of the payment as advance & balance on or before arrival.

Cancellation Policy:

• Cancellation within 30 Days prior to the arrival date of the tour packages / Hotel Booking /Transportation: No retention charge.


• Cancellation within 15 Days prior to the arrival date of the tour packages / Hotel Booking /Transportation :50 % retention


• Cancellation within 10 Days prior to the arrival date of the tour packages / Hotel Booking /Transportation or Non Utilization of the same: 100 % Retention.


• There will be no retention charges for Hotel Bookings/Transportation if cancellation is done within 40 days prior to arrival of guests. After that 100% retention. This Cancellation Policy will be applicable only during Diwali and Christmas Periods for the groups.
