Day wise Itinerary

• Day 1 : Arrival at Siliguri

  Arrival at Bagdogra airport or New Jaipaigudi railway station. Get an assisted transfer to Lachung, situated at an altitude of 9,600 feet, the last village before the Indo-Chinese border. En-route halt at the popular spots like Kabu Lungstok, Tashi View Point, Naga Waterfalls, Bhim Nala waterfalls, the meeting point of Lachen Chu and Lachung Chu at Chungthang and Twin Waterfalls. Midway, you will have lunch at Namok. Evening arrival at Lachung. Enjoy the picturesque surroundings of the village. Complete the check-in formalities for an overnight stay.
• Day 2 : Lachung-Yumthang valley

  Have your breakfast and continue to Yumthang Valley. Popular as Valley of Flowers, it is surrounded by mountains with a tree line at the end. In the months of April and May, the valley gets filled with beautiful flowers like Rhododendrons, Primulae, Alpine and more. The valley in months has snow all around. En-route, visit a hot spring, scattered all around. If you want, you can try your hand in trekking here. Back to Lachung for lunch. Post lunch visits are going to be Lachung Monastery-founded way back in 1880, it plays host to a masked dance every year. Later visit the Cottage Industry and nearby waterfalls. Dinner and overnight stay in Lachung.

• Day 3 : Gangtok Departure for onward destinatio

  Have your breakfast and leave for Gangtok. En-route stop between the villages- Singhik and Mangan. From here you can have a mesmerizing view of the Khangchendzonga Range (Subjected to clear weather). Enjoy a magnificent view of Mt. Pandim, Mt. Kabru, Mt. Simvo, Mt. Jopuno, Mt. Khangchendzonga and Mt. Siniolchu. Have lunch at Namok. Later visit Phodong Monastery, one of the 6 most important Buddhist monasteries in Sikkim. It is resistance to around 250 monks today. Arrive at Bagdogra airport or New Jaipaigudi railway station for your onward journey.
