• Day 1 : Welcome to the city of Gangtok

  Welcome to the gem of Northeast India. Your tour to Sikkim has begun! 
  
  On arrival at NJP Railway Station/Bagdogra Airport, you and your spouse will be received by our representative, who will transfer you to your hotel in Gangtok. Check-in at your hotel and spend a leisurely evening.
  
  Explore the beautiful and quaint hill town, dotted with charming monasteries and breath-taking landscapes. Mark an end to the first day of your romantic tour of Gangtok with an overnight stay at your hotel.
  
  Distance from Bagdogra Airport to Gangtok: 126 km

• Day 2 : Travel to Lachen

  The 2nd Day of your thrilling Sikkim Holiday tour with friends Invite you to explore the unspoilt town of Lachen.
  
  Post breakfast, check-out from the hotel and get ready for an exhilarating trip to Lachen with your gang. Enroute visit the picturesque Singhlik View Point.
  
  The next attraction that you will visit on your North East holiday to Lachen will be the Seven Sister Water Falls. Also, visit the Chungthang confluence on your Sikkim holiday tour where the Teesta River meets with the gushing Lachung River and the Lachen River, casting a spell over you.
  
  Upon reaching this remote town, check-in at the hotel and de-stress for a while. Chill out with friends exploring this mesmerising town thoroughly. Enjoy your comfortable overnight stay at the hotel.

• Day 3 : Transfer from Lachen to Lachung

  Head out for a fun-filled excursion to Thangu, Chopta Valley & on this day of your North East holiday.
  
  After a nutritious breakfast, complete the check-out formalities and head out for an adventurous journey to Lachung. On the way visit the nomadic village of Thangu, famous for the traditional wooden houses built on the alpine meadows and Teesta River flowing through the lush valley.
  
  Next up on your trip to Lachung is the unexplored Chopta Valley. A heaven for the adventure seekers, the place is dotted with scenic landscapes draped in the snow on one side and the emerald green pine forests and the meandering rivers on the other side.
  
  The last destination on your Sikkim tour itinerary would be the milky Gurudongmar Lake that offers stunning Himalayan views. Come back to the Lachung for a scrumptious lunch. Mark an end to the third day of North East tour package itinerary with an overnight stay at Lachung.

• Day 4 : Transfer to Gangtok via Yumthang Valley

  Get ready for an adventurous trip to Singba Rhododendron Sanctuary and the colourful Yumthang valley on day 4 of your Sikkim tour itinerary.
  
  Head for the Singba Rhododendron Sanctuary on the Fifth Day of your North East Holiday Tour. Here you’ll find a variety of over 40 species of aromatic rhododendrons.
  
  On your trip to Sikkim, visit the scented Yumthang Valley. The colourful picture of the beautiful rhododendrons covering the large stretches of the valley is an extremely beautiful sight to behold.
  
  After an excursion to Yumthang, return to the hotel for lunch before you transfer to the capital city of Sikkim - Gangtok late afternoon. Upon arrival, register yourself at the hotel and go to sleep.

• Day 5 : Full day excursion to Tsomgo Lake & Baba Mandir

  Day Five of your Gangtok tour package itinerary is dedicated to a full day excursion of the sacred Tsomgo Lake and the Baba Harbhajan Mandir.
  
  Start the day with a lavish spread of breakfast and get ready for an invigorating full day excursion tour of Gangtok. Firstly, you will visit the pristine Tsomgo Lake. Soak in the sheer beauty of this water body surrounded by the snow-capped mountains.
  
  Next on your Gangtok holiday, seek blessings at the holy Baba Harbhajan Mandir. It is believed that the spirit of the late soldier wanders here every night, guarding the borders. Towards the end of the day, return to the hotel in Gangtok and have a good night’s sleep.
  
  Distance from Gangtok to Tsomgo Lake: 40 km
  Travel Time (Gangtok to Tsomgo Lake): Approx. 1.5 hours
  Tip: Take a joyful ride on the adorned ponies and yaks near the Tsomgo Lake while on your holiday in Gangtok.
  Optional: (Indo- China border) is always kept as optional tour from every travel agency. As maximum time the roads get closed due to bad weather or road blockage. If you like to visit Natula pass. We will add in your package as last moment if everything is fine. Extra cost of INR 4000 - 4500 to be added per Vehicle.

• Day 6 : Departure from Gangtok

  Pack up your bags and complete the check-out formalities as this is the last day of your Gangtok, Lachen and Lachung tour package. You will be transferred to the Bagdogra Airport to reach your onward destination.

Cancellation Policy

• In case of cancellation of tour/ travel services due to any avoidable/ unavoidable reasons we must be informed in writing. Cancellation charges would be effective from the date we receive latter in writing and cancellation charge would be as follows:
• 30 days & prior to arrival – 10% of the total tour/service cost.
• 20 days to 18 days prior to arrival – 20% of the total tour/service cost.
• 16 days to 14 days prior to arrival – 25% of the total tour/service cost
• 10 days to 08 days prior to arrival – 50% of the total tour/service cost
• 07 days & less, prior to arrival or no show– NO REFUND & 100% of the total tour/service cost

IMPORTANT NOTES

• Permit require for Tsomgo Lake. It is mandatory that guest should carry 02 copies of passport size photograph, original photo ID proof with photo copy (identity card – Voter ID card / Pass-port / Driving License) for processing the permit.
• Aadhar Card / PAN Card - not acceptable for issuance of the Permit.
• Permit also require for traveling to North Sikkim (Lachung & Lachen). Requires 02 more copies of passport size photographs along with original photo ID proof.
• Hotel Check-in & check-Out as per Hotel Rules. Normally Check-in 13:00 hrs. / Check-out time is 11:00 hrs.
• If guests want any changes in their sightseeing schedule, please be informed to us day early before 06:00 pm, after that no changes are allowed. If the guest inform after 06:00 pm, it will be consider as a cancellation with no refund or guest will pay extra cost for the re-schedule the sightseeing.
• Extra Person/Child with Extra Bed, almost all the hotel of this sector provides MATTRESS / ROLL OVERS. .
• In this sector, scarcity of water & electricity is a natural phenomenon. In case of Load Shading, kindly bear with such situation. To overcome the water crisis certain hotels have fixed schedule for supplying hot & cold water. We strongly regret the inconvenience.
• The vehicle may / may not changes Sector wise/daily wise & we will contact you as per the itinerary. This vehicle is not on disposal.
• Any cost arising due to natural calamities like, landslides, road blockage, political disturbances, etc. (To be borne by the client, this is directly payable on the spot).
• Guest is request to travel light.  In case of excess baggage the guest will have to opt for extra car for carrying extra luggage .The cost will be collected directly from the guest.
• Ac will switched ON, while moving car and travelling in a plains only. AC switched off, once the car travel in uphill.
• Most of the Hotel does not have lift facility. In such case of guests having medical issue, we request guest to report this problem at the time of booking.  So that we may take appropriate arrangement. (subject to availability).
• As there is shortage of space for car parking in Sikkim & Darjeeling in most hotels – guest will have to wait at the Lobby for vehicle to start their transfers / sightseeing.
• Since Nathula is a restricted area and gets sealed, without any notice, for security reasons. In such case your tour will only be till Tsongu Lake and there will be no refund for unutilized services.
• All Sightseeing depends on Permits, weather and road condition.
• We shall not be responsible for Train/Flight/chopper Missed, Any loss, injury or damage to person or property in connection with the transportation, caused by acts of god, strikes, pilferage, breakdown of machinery, accidents etc.
• In case of late arriving/ delay by train. We suggest guest to stay overnight at Siliguri. Road of this sector is Narrow and steep & we don’t suggest travelling at night.
• Guest having a medical issue & children below 05 years should avoid going to Tsongu, Baba Mandir, Nathula, Gurudongmar Lake and Zero Point, Not proper Medical Facilities are available.
