Terms and Conditions

  • 20,000 Rs. Deposit at the time of Booking.
  • All the Tour amount should be collected before 8 to 10 Days before Departure.
  • ROE calculated as on 29MAR2010 and is subject to change accordingly the package cost will be revised.
  • Cancellation Charges will be applicable as per terms.
  • Hotels and Sightseeing available subject to availability of the period.
  • Due to Peak season rooms in GENTING are very much subject to availability and the itinerary might change accordingly.

Important Instructions :
  • Tour Itinerary is subject to change due to unavoidable circumstances.
  • Normal International Check in time is 1400 hrs & Check out time is 1200 hrs.
  • Early Check in at the Hotel is subject to availability of Rooms.
  • Menu for Breakfast differs from Hotel to Hotel & generally it is a Continental Menu consisting of Bread/Toast, Butter, Jam, Tea/Coffee, Milk, Corn Flakes, Fruit/Juice & other non vegetarian items.
  • Location of the hotel, size & view of the room will be different in all cities.
  • Decision of the Experienced Tour Manager will be final & abiding.
  • Tour departing on INDIAN AIRLINES / AIR INDIA from Ahmedabad it will be through check in from Ahmedabad international airport.
  • If group size is odd then our tour leader/escort will be staying on triple sharing with male passengers.
