Special Notes:

• The rates mentioned as on date, any changes in airfare, taxes, Transportation cause increase in total package cost.


• If there are any surcharges in above then it can be applicable at the time of booking.

General Conditions & Remarks:

• After confirm/Booked the Air tickets, Hotel No Date Change are permitted.


• Any Changes or Cancellation after Cancellation Dateline will result in Cancellation Charges.


• We require Full Payment prior Departure


• No Refund for any unutilized service or sightseeing


• Surcharge applicable subject to Late/Early arrival or departure transfers.


• Rates quoted as per no. of pax. Increase/decrease in no. of pax rates is not valid.

CENCELLATION POLICY:

• All Domestic & International Tickets are NON REFUNDABLE as applicable airfare rules.


• After the tour confirmation, or more prior to the 30 days the cancellation charge will be 25% of Hotel Cost + full Airfare + Visa charges (if visa applied)


• Before 30-15 Days of departure, the cancellation will be 50% of Hotel Cost + full Airfare + Visa charges (if visa applied)


• Before 14-07 days of departure, the cancellation will be 75% of Hotel Cost + full Airfare+ Visa charges (if visa applied)


• Before 07-01 days prior to the departure of the Holiday 100% of Hotel Cost of the Holiday (Package) cost.
