Inclusions
One night stay at the Hotel Keylinga Inn with dinner and breakfast.
One night stay in the igloo. We will provide you warm sleeping bags (-10°c.) with inner liners, hot water bottles, and thick 2-inch mats to help you have a good night's sleep.
All hot meals at the igloo campsite (veg & non veg).
Qualified ski instructors/guides.
Cooks and kitchen staff.
All ski equipment - skis and poles, ski boots, ski clothing with snow gloves. This is all professional winter sport equipment specially rated for snow and sub-zero temperatures.

Day wise Itinerary

• Day 1 : Arrive in Manali

  Check into our hotel in Manali and rest for a while after your journey to Himachal. After lunch we will kit you up with all your winter clothing and ski gear. In the evening you are free to explore Manali market and do some last minute shopping for woollies and other small items. Over dinner at the hotel we will prep you for your snow camping adventure. We will retire early as we have a long and active day ahead of us.

• Day 2 : Ski & Igloo Camping

  After breakfast at our hotel in Manali we drive up to the igloo site (16km / 1hr 4x4 drive). The site is at an altitude of 3000m near the Buddhist village of Sethan in Hamta Valley. This entire area has good quality snow and gentle slopes, perfect for beginner skiers. The area is safe, less touristy, easily accessible and offers stunning views of the Himalaya. After settling down in your igloo, we will give you your first ski lesson. We will teach you the basics of skiing and balancing and techniques that will help you take turns and control your speed better. All our lessons are imparted by professional ski instructors/guides. During lunchtime one can enjoy the fantastic panoramic view of the mountain ranges around and in the evening we have dinner under the stars, with nice warm log fire lighting up our igloo campsite. At the end of the day we will provide you a warm sleeping bag with an inner liner and a nice hot-water bottle to help you enjoy your first night in the igloo.

  Wake up the next day to the crisp and cool winter air and enjoy a hearty breakfast out on the snow. After breakfast we drive back down to Manali. Trip ends here with a snow bag full of memories to look back upon with relish and nostalgia!
