Day 1 : ARRIVAL SRINAGAR TO SONAMARG (82 KMS/2.5 HRS)
Reach Srinagar Airport, meet our representative and then start your journey towards Sonamarg. Sonamarg (2740 mts) also known as ‘The Meadow of Gold’ or “The Gateway of Ladakh’ and is surrounded by colorful mountains and thick Pine forests. Drass (3280 mts) is the second coldest inhabited place in the world after Siberia and is famous for the 1999 Kargil war. drive to Sonamarg which is 2690 Meters (also known as the Meadow of Gold and Gateway of Ladakh) that is approx. 82 kms 2 ½ hours’ drive one way. One can ride on horse (at own cost) to visit Thajiwas Glacier where snow remains round the year. You can also visit Zero point via Zojila Pass / only in summers (April to October) (Union Vehicle at Sonamarg is not included). Visit Shree Kheer Bhawani Durga Temple and reach your hotel in Sonamarg. Have your dinner & stay overnight at Sonamarg.
Day 2 : SONAMARG TO KARGIL – LOCAL SIGHTSEEING (130/3-4 HRS)
After breakfast, check out of the hotel and start your journey towards Kargil via Drass through the adventurous Zojila Pass. Enroute visit the Draupati Kund whereas per legends Draupati used to bath during the exile of the Pandavas. Onwards drive to Drass and pay homage to the Kargil War Heroes at the famous Kargil War Memorial. Attend the brief history of the Kargil war memorial by an Army Jawan if available. Enjoy the view of Tiger Hill and Tololing. Reach Kargil by evening. O/N Hotel in Srinagar leave for full day excursion to the enchanting Suru Valley. Suru Valley is one of the most fertile and picturesque valley of the region. It extends from Kargil in the south towards Zanskar in the north. Visit the 7th century 7 Mtrs tall Maytre Buddha statue at Karcheykhar. Also the ruins of the Karchaykhar could be seen. The valley is framed for NUN (7135Mtrs) and Kun (7035 Mtrs) along with other lesser peaks which is seen from the camping site at Damsna if the weather permits. Leave for your hotel in Kargil, have your dinner and rest for the night.
Day 3 : KARGIL TO LEH - (SITUATED AT A HEIGHT OF 11,650 FT /3.500 METER ABOVE THE SEA LEVEL)
After breakfast, leave for Ule, enroute visit Mulbek it is a huge Chamba statue, an image of a future Buddha, cutting to the rock face beside the road. It's one of the most interesting stops along the road, after that visit Lamayuru monastery (Founded in the 10th Century it’s the Oldest Monastery in Central Ladakh) later have a magnificent view of spectacular Moon landscape. leave for Leh enroute visit Alchi Monastery, Nimo , Sangam of Zanskar and Indus River, Magnetic Hill, Pathar Sahib Gurudwarastart your drive to Leh. Reach Leh by afternoon/ evening and check into the hotel, with a traditional welcome. Day’s rest advised to acclimatize to the high altitude of Ladakh.
In the evening you will take a walk to Leh Market to explore the city: The capital of Ladakh, at one time was a major stop on the Asian "Silk Route". A stroll along the main bazar, observing the varied crowd and peering into the curio shops, is an entrancing experience. Chang Gali, behind the main bazar is less bustling but has intriguing little shops selling curios and jewelry like pearls, turquoise, coral, malachite, lapis and many other kinds of semi-precious stones, as well as curiously carved Yak- horn boxes, quaint brass locks, china or metal bowls etc. Shanti Stupa on the hill top where you can see a spectacular view of Leh town . Day 4 : LEH - SANGAM - HALL OF FAME – LEH . (WEST INDUS VALLEY)

After breakfast you will set off for Nubra Valley, driving across Khardong-La (The Highest Motor able road in the World alt: 5602Mts/18390Ft). It is situated to the north of Ladakh between the Karakoram and Ladakh ranges of the Himalayas. After descending from the pass, Nubra Valley is popularly known as Ldorma or the valley of flowers. visits to Diskit Monastery and has wonderful view of Nubra valley. It is situated at alt: 14,000 ft. Pangong is 5-6Kms wide and over 135 Kms long, Lake which is the highest salt water Lake in Asia, while on third part of the lake falls in India; the remaining is in Tibet (China). Day 8 : PANGONG LAKE – HEMIS MONASTERY -LEH
Early morning enjoy the picturesque view of Sun rise on the lake. After Breakfast drive back to Leh via Changala Pass- world’s 3rd highest motor able road) 17,350ft/5486 Mtrs. En route visit Hemis Monastery is one of the largest and the wealthiest Buddhist monasteries in this region, The monastery was founded in 1630 by the first incarnation of Stagsang Raspa Nawang Gyatso when he was invited by the then King of Ladakh, Singey Namgail and offered a religious estate. Beautiful statues and mural paintings adorn the monastery halls. The monastery also has a museum within its premises, the museum that exhibits a large collection of Buddhist relics. In the event of cancellation of tour / travel services due to any avoidable / unavoidable reason/s we must be notified of the same in writing. Cancellation charges will be effective from the date we receive advice in writing, and cancellation charges would be as follows:-

• Non Refundable Booking Amount: Rs.1000/- or 5% of Tour Cost / Service Cost
• Any time after booking but before 60 days of departure date: 5% of total tour / service cost .
• Between 60 days to 45 days prior to departure date: 25 % of the total Tour / service cost.
• Between 44 days & 22 prior to departure date: 40 % of the total Tour / service cost.
• Between 21 days to date of departure: 100 % of the total Tour / service cost.
• Flight cancellation charges shall be charged at actual in addition to the cancellation charges mentioned herein above.
• In case of 100 % cancellation charges it is deemed to mean and include all the charges paid including the air ticket cost and no refund will be paid in case of 100% cancellation charges.
