Day wise Itinerary

• Day 1 : Arrive at chennai airport

  Arrive at chennai airport , transfer to Mahabalipuram -56kms from chennai city . Rest of the day free and relax in beach resort

• Day 2 : Mahabalipuram

  breakfast enjoy local sightseeing of Mahabalipuram , evening transfer to Pondicherry approx 100kms

• Day 3 : Puducherry

  Puducherry, the capital
  of the French colonies in India since the 17th
  century. Arrive into Puducherry and check into
  the hotel. This afternoon visit the Aurobindo
  Ashram, a seat of learning and Vedic cultures
  since ancient times. Later, proceed to the
  Church of the Sacred Heart of Jesus, noted
  for its Gothic architecture and stained glass
  panels. Also visit Auroville,a planned city
  dedicated to human unity.
  Overnight in Puducherry

• Day 4 : Tanjore

  After breakfsat proceed to Tanjore , approx 177kms

• Day 5 : Tanjore

  visit world famous Temple at Tanjore.
  

• Day 6 : Rameshwaram

  After breakfast the day is at leisure OR you
  may take an optional full day excursion to
  Rameshwaram. Together with Kashi, it is
  considered to be one of the holiest places in
  India to Hindus, and part of the Char Dham
  pilgrimages.
  The distance from Madurai to
  Rameshwaram is approx.
  177 kms.

• Day 7 : Trichy

  Arrive
  into Trichy
  and check into the
  hotel. Later visit the
  famous Rock fort, which is
  a landmark of Trichy. Also visit
  Srirangam Island, a living example of
  the ancient temple towns of the south.
  Overnight in Trichy.

• Day 8 : Transfer to airport

  After breakfast check out and transfer to airport for departure

  Dear Akbar, We had a wonderful time overall. Sai Leela hotel is a nice and decent hotel along with all the facilities with safety(as we2 ladies only stayed). The staff were polite and helpful. Hotel Padma Krishna was very congested as it was in the city. The room was very small but decent(like a hospital room). The staffs were courteous and helpful. Thank you for the service.   Dear Mr Akbar, First of all thanks for organising our Turkey trip(istanbul,pamukale and capodocia) .This is the first time I have travelled with Glorious Holidays. I must say that it has been amazing and exceeded expectations. It was very well organised, our guides were fantastic at all places, the vehicles were in excellent condition.Special mention of the hotel in Capodocia. It was an experience to stay in a cave hotel.
