Day wise Itinerary

• Day 1 : Arrival

  Upon your arrival in the National Capital, you will be warmly received and greeted by our representative. Get assisted transfer to your hotel. Stay in the warm and comfortable ambience of your hotel and enjoy the services. Dinner and overnight stay in Delhi.

• Day 2 : Delhi - Rishikesh

  Post breakfast, check out of your hotel in Delhi and head to Rishikesh, one of the most sacred pilgrimage places and "The Yoga Capital of the World", via road. Check in at your hotel and take rest for some time. In the evening, visit the popular tourist spots in the town-Laxman Jhula, Ram Jhula, Parmarth Niketan Ashram. Also attend the majestic Ganga Arti at Parmarth Niketan in the evening. Return for dinner and overnight stay at the hotel.
  
  Dinner and overnight stay in Rishikesh.

• Day 3 : Rishikesh - Haridwar

  Check-Out of your hotel in Rishikesh and proceed towards Haridwar via road. As you reach Haridwar, check in into your hotel. Evening is dedicated for the amazing spa therapy called Abhyangam.
  
  A form of Ayurveda medicine involving massage of the body with large amounts of oil, Abhyangam is a great rejuvenating therapy for a comprehensive conditioning. The oil used for Abhyangam is pre-medicated with different types of herbs. It can also be performed as a part of the Panchkarma therapy, as in the first stage: the Purva Karma (pre-treatment), or as its own therapy. This step is followed by the Svedana therapy, which involves a warm bath, yogic exercises as well as laying out in the Sun. Although the therapy can be done by one's own self, it is usually performed by two or even more message therapists, working together. Moreover, oils can vary, depending upon the individual constitution of the person as well as according to the season. Most common oils used for the Abhyangam treatment are coconut, sunflower, sesame, mustard and almond. In addition to this, the Abhyangam massage varies differently from other Western massaging techniques, in the sense that it is not very deep.

• Day 4 : Haridwar (Spa Therapy)

  Morning begins with your breakfast. Thereafter, proceed to spa for taking the Shirodhara and later Champi head massage.
  
  Shirodhara Therapy: The name of the Shirodhara therapy is derived from the Sanskrit words Shiro (head) and Dhara (flow) and involves gently pouring of liquids over the forehead. The process can also be done with one of the steps of Panchkarma. The ailment or the case being treated decides what kind of liquids should be used for the therapy. However, most of the liquids used for Shirodhara treatment include milk, buttermilk, oil, coconut water or even normal water as well.
  
  There are many types of ailments or conditions for which the Shirodhara therapy has been used successfully. These include several eye diseases, neurological disorders, allergic rhinitis/greying of hair, sinusitis, insomnia, memory loss, tinnitus, hearing impairment, and Meniere's disease, vertigo and few other types of skin diseases like psoriasis. In addition to this, the Shirodhara therapy is also used non-medically at various spas for relaxation purposes. Special form of Shirodhara therapy is known by different names, these are: taildhara, jaladhara, ksheerdhara and thakradhara.
  
  Champi Head Massage: The therapy is used as a relaxation technique for head and scalp, helping to loosen the thin layer of muscles that covers the skull. This method is effective in enhancing the constant blood supply and helps to stimulate deep relaxation.

• Day 5 : Haridwar (Spa Therapy)

  This is day is marked for a couple of spa therapies: Green tea and Honey Wrap Ubtan and R3 Pampering Bath.
  
  Green Tea and Honey Wrap: Having many beneficial properties for the skin, Green tea powder is abundant in antioxidants, polyphenols and chlorophyll, resulting in a radiant glow. A wrap made up of both Green tea and Honey, removes the toxins as well as helps to tone, slim and improve the skin texture.   R3 Pampering Bath: This fabulous bath helps to make the skin soft as well as nourish, moisturize and maintain the skin, making you feel fresh and rejuvenated throughout the day.

• Day 6 : Haridwar (Spa Therapy)

  This day is marked for some more spa therapies. These are: Ubtan Wrap, Reflexology and Body Treatments.
  
  Reflexology: The technique involves pressure applied to hands and feet, based on the belief that there are reflex areas corresponding to body parts, which also include major organs. Pressure is applied skillfully to important acu-points, which are related to major organs in the body, thus alleviating and curing the source of pain.
  
  Ubtan Wrap: The wrap involves a traditional concoction made up of milk, turmeric powder, chickpea flour and other beauty enhancement herbs. The therapy incorporates cocooning the body in the warm, moist herbal wrap and helps to calm down and relax the physiology of the body. It also helps to significantly encourage the elimination of toxins, thus, leaving your skin soft, supple and glowing, giving you a beautiful complexion. This is one of the best methods used for getting an instant glow and making the skin soft.
  
  Body Treatments: Invoking the natural powers of the properties of flower and fruits, these treatments helps to revive and rejuvenate as well as replenish your skin with essential elements as well as conditioning your body with wraps and scrubs.

• Day 7 : Haridwar - Delhi

  Post breakfast, perform check out of the hotel and proceed to Delhi via road. As you arrive in Delhi, get an assisted drop to airport for your onward journey.
