Rishikesh is a small town and a municipal board in Dehradun district in the northern state of Uttarakhand in India. Scenically located where the Holy Ganges River comes down from the Himalayas. Rishikesh catapulted to Western fame when the Beatles dropped by for a visit to Maharishi Mahesh Yogi's Ashram. Rishikesh is associated with Lord Rama and Laxman. The town of Rishikesh lies in the foothills of the Himalayas of the Garhwal region. It is the gateway to the upper Garhwal region and the starting point for the Char Dham pilgrimage (Gangotri, Yamunotri, Badrinath and Kedarnath) and an ideal destination not only for pilgrims but also for the people who are interested in adventure, meditation, yoga and other aspects of Hinduism.
Rishikesh is also a Gateway to the World Heritage site Valley of Flowers National Park - The 8th Wonder of the World & Char Dham Yatra. Rishikesh as appearing the Adventure Capital of India for the adventure seekers as Rishikesh is the suggested place for starting their trekking expeditions to the Himalayan Peaks and for the White River Rafting. Also, International Yoga week which attracts participation from across the world is held here, every year, in February on the banks of the holy Ganga.Medical & Travel insurance.

Day wise Itinerary

Day 1 : Arrival At Rishikesh Camp Check-in And Camp Activities / Indoor Games

Afternoon arrive at Camp. Our tour representative will receive you at our camping site. After having delicious hot lunch at campsite, our representative gives you brief introduction about rafting trip. He will also introduce you to the rafting guide, which will be with you during the rafting session. After lunch you can enjoy beach volleyball and other beach games at camping site. Evening enjoy campfire followed by dinner. Have your dinner time up to 9:00 Pm to 10:00 Pm. Overnight stay at camps.

Day 2 : Enjoy River Rafting Session And Check-out From Camp

Morning your rafting guide will give you wakeup call at campsite. You can explore the amazing scenic view of sun rise. After freshness and tea you can enjoy beach volleyball. To keep the body and mind cool you can do Yoga also. Breakfast will ready at 8:00 Am. After breakfast you will ready for your rafting stretch. Our rafting guide will give you some instruction about this adventures sport. After completing some mandatory formalities about rafting he will take you for river rafting on Ganga River. After wearing safety equipment’s like life jacket, helmet start, Shivpuri to Rishikesh 16 Kms Rafting. Enroot you will hit some enjoyable rapids like Roller Coaster, Golf Course, Initiation, Double Trouble, etc. In this trip you will cross many Temples, Ashrams and Ghats. After Rishikesh arrival changes your cloths and return back to your destinations.

The package can’t be clubbed with any other offer/deal.

Package inclusions and itinerary can’t be change/negotiate.

Service Tax would be charged extra as per the govt. rule (as applicable).

The package can’t be booked for a single person; it is for 4 adults only.

Refund on cancellation depends upon the concerned camp cancellation policies.

The above package is not valid during the festival season, national holidays, long weekends, and New Year.

Per person rates (in Rs.), and applicable on 4 persons, sharing the two camps (maximum 2 adults per camp are allowed).

Package rates are subject to change without prior notice. However the new package rates would be conveyed to the guest depending on the availability in the hotels/camp.

One Child between 0 to 4 years is complimentary (without bed) after that each child between 0 to 4 years 50% of per person package cost without extra bed, child between 4 To 12 years will be charged 70% of the per person package cost with extra bed ( mattress ) sharing the same room with parents, beyond 12 years 100% per person package cost will be charged with extra bed (mattress) sharing the same room with parents and we request our guest to declare the actual age of the child at the time booking.

Bariza Holidays reserves the right to change/modify/terminate the offer any time at its own discretion and without any prior notice. However the guests who have already booked their packages would be informed on time.

Special note :-

Bon fire will be in one place for all campers.

All meals are served in central dining area. No room service in adventure camp.

Please carry lite weight bags/back pack as you have to carry on your own to/from camp from road head.

The capacity of one raft is 8-9 person. If you are less / more, will sit in the raft (s) as per directions by river guide.

Between 7.30 P.M. to 05 A.M. mountain driving is not allowed beyond Tapovan (Rishikes) check post due to safety reasons.
