NOTE:

Tour will start with only dinner on the day of arrival and end with only Breakfast on the day of departure.

All hotels and rooms are subject to availability at the time of booking.

Once you have booked the tour with us it is understood that you have accepted the terms and conditions of

the company.

Please carry a photo copy of your passport & 02 passport size photographs in case of an emergency.

The hotel check in time is 1400 hrs. & check out time is 1000 hrs. Early Check-in / Late Check-out, available on request at an extra cost.

In case of Cancellation you would be provided Credit note which can be utilized in any International Tour within the span of 1 year.

In case of bad whether condition or if incase client personally doesn’t want to visit any sightseeing company is not liable for refund.

Deposit of AUD 1000.00 at the time of booking (non-refundable).

Balance amount 35 days prior to the Departure.

Joher World Travels LLC, the Company Reserves (Herein after termed as JWT LLC) the Right to alter, Amend, Cancel, Modify, merge tour program if required number of group size is not registered in particular departure.

JWT LLC acts as a service provider for Package Tour / FIT / CONFERENCE / MICE etc. who provide all the services like Flight Tickets, Hotel Booking, Ground Arrangement , Sightseeing & Attractions, Meals, Services of guide etc. who are outsourced within Indian & Across all continents. Any Deficit in part of any of the above supplier will not be a liability of JWT LLC. However we take utmost care to provide the best of services from carefully selected suppliers & Vendors.

Certain Hotels across the world provide two different rates for GIT & FIT. In case group size is not attained & any particular Hotel commitment given in brochure is not met, company shall either refund the difference between said hotel & other hotel or else client shall have to pay the difference between GIT & FIT rates, If wishes to stay in that particular hotel.

Any Natural calamity like flood, cyclone, earthquakes, Tsunami, Fire, Volcanic eruption or weather conditions like Avalanche, Landslide, / cancellation of Flight / Political Disturbances, Riots, Terrorism, Spread of Epic diseases etc. shall not be liability of JWT LLC, proper Insurance, should be purchased by tourist for protection of any such situations, subject to T&C of policy issuing Company.

JWT LLC applies for any country’s visa as a travel agent / Tour operator for every passenger & does not take any guarantee of issuance of visa of any particular country. In case of non-issuance / delay / refusal of any particular Country’s Visa. IN case a traveler(s) are unable to travel, than the normal TAC of cancellation as per JWT LLC, shall be applicable.
